«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Դավթաշենում ապօրինի հատված ծառերի դեպքի բացահայտման ուղղությամբ շարունակում ենք մեր լրագրողական հետաքննությունը: Տարածված կարծիք կա, որ ծառերի «խորը էտի» միակ նպատակը սեփական բիզնեսի ընդլայնումն է եղել, հակառակ դեպքում այդ 23 ծառը պատահականության սկզբունքով չէ, որ հայտնվել էին ջրավազանի անմիջապես դիմաց: Անշուշտ այս փաստը կարող է իր ազդեցությունն ունենալ, սակայն միայն դատարանի վճռի հիման վրա։ Իսկ դատարանը վճիռ կայացնելիս հաշվի է առնում բազմաթիվ հանգամանքներ։

Սակայն սա չի նշանակում, թե արդարադատությունը պետք է տեղի տա զգացմունքային իրողություններին, թերևս երբ կսահմանվի անխուսափելի պատիժը հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ արդեն կարելի է խոսել մեղմացուցիչ հանգամանքների մասին։ Իսկ պատիժը պետք է անխուսափելի և խիստ լինի՝ նման գործողությունները հետագայում բացառելու համար։ Հարկ է նշել նաև, որ նման գործողությունների համար նախատեսված պատիժներից է վարչական տուգանքը: Իսկ քանի որ Սամսոնյանը փորձում է սեփական օբյեկտն ընդլայնել, ուստի ակնհայտ է նաև այն, որ նրա «ձեռքը քարի տակ չէ», ու այս փաստն ավելի է կարևորում պատժի կարևորությունը։ Չնայած նրան, որ ներկայում մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրին թթվածնի բաժնից զրկած Սամսոնյանը ստորագրությամբ գտնվում է ազատության մեջ, և ծառերը նորից ծիլ են տվել, բայց քայլը միևնույնն է, պատժի և քննադատության արժանի է:

Ապօրինի ծառահատողին արդարացնելու համար նշվում է նաև, որ ծառը նորից ծիլ է տվել: Այո, ծիլ է տվել, որովհետև արմատից հանված ծառ չէր, և վերջին հաշվով նպատակը ակնհայտ տեսնելով, շինարարական աշխատանքները կատարելուց ու այդ ծառերի հաշվին նոր շինություն կառուցելուց հետո՞ էինք միայն պատիժ պահանջելու և այդ ժամանակ մեղադրելու իշխանություններին նրա հանդեպ ժամանակին պատիժ չկիրառելու համար: Այդ ժամանակ ո՞ւմ պետք կլիներ բարձրացված աղմուկը: Այն, ինչ կատարվեց Դավթաշենում, ըստ էության ընդամենը մասնավոր դեպք էր, որից պետք է ուղղակի դասեր քաղել, պատժել և բացառել ապագայում նման միջադեպերը։ Ի դեպ , այս պատմության մեջ ամենաուրախալին այն է, որ ծառերն այնուամենայնիվ կանաչել են և կանաչ տարածքի հաշվին շինություն չկառուցվեց: Այստեղ, սակայն, շատ հետաքրքիր են այս միջադեպի, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ հանցագործության արձագանքները: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե Սամսոնյանին փորձ է արվում արդարացնել միայն այն պատճառով, որ ծառերը ծիլ են տվել:

Թե ինչ կապ ունի ծառերի ծիլ տալը կատարված ինքնագործունեություն համարվող արարքի հետ, դժվար է ասել: Փաստն ի վերջո այն է, որ ծառերը հատվել են տարածքը «մաքրելու» համար, և եթե գործ չհարուցվեր, թերևս Սամսոնյանի իրականացրած «խորը» էտին կհաջորդեր ծառերի արմատախիլ անելը: Սակայն այս ամենից էլ զատ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ այս իրողությունն ունի նաև այլ ենթատեքստ:

Դեռևս խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների շրջանում շատ քննարկվեց Երևանի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների հետագա պաշտոնավարման հարցը: Այս իրողությունների ֆոնին, կարծես թե, շատ հարմար առիթ է ստեղծվում Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարին հարվածի տակ դնելու համար: Սակայն Դավթաշենը համեմատաբար փոքր վարչական շրջան է, և ինչպես ասում են, բոլորն այստեղ ամեն ինչ գիտեն բոլորի մասին: Սա բավական հետաքրքիր պահ է, քանի որ ծառահատումից հետո որոշակի շրջանակներ սկսեցին մեղադրել վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարությանը՝ այդպես էլ չհիմնավորելով, թե ինչ պետք է աներ այդ ղեկավարությունը, գուցե նախօրոք պետք է իմանար Սամսոնյանի մտադրությունների մասին:

Թե նման պայմաններում, ինչ շրջանակներ են փորձում պղտոր ջրում ձուկ որսալ, դժվար է ասել, սակայն ժամանակն ամեն ինչ ցույց կտա, բոլոր հարցերը կպարզաբանվեն և իհարկե, մեղավորներն էլ կպատժվեն:
