«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ապրիլի 21–ից մեկնարկել է Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների նախընտրական քարոզարշավը: Չնայած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին հաջորդած հանրային որոշակի «ընտրական» հոգնածությանը, այնուամենայնիվ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները դժվար է թերագնահատել: Վերջիվերջո այս ընտրություններում որոշվում է պետական կառավարման համակարգում առանցքային դեր ունեցող մայրաքաղաքի ղեկավարության հարցը:
Ընտրություններին մասնակցող երեք քաղաքական ուժերն էլ միանգամից մտան քարոզարշավի շրջափուլի մեջ, չնայած պետք է նշել նաև, որ ընդդիմադիր երկու ուժերը փաստացի քարոզարշավն արդեն սկսել էին նույնիսկ մինչ դրա պաշտոնական մեկնարկը: Ինչևիցե, այստեղ սակայն առավել հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչ հունով է ընթանում այս քարոզարշավը: Եթե ընտրություններին մասնակցող «Երկիր ծիրանի» կուսակցությունը կամ ավելի ճիշտ այս կուսակցության ղեկավար և փաստացի միակ հանրաճանաչ ղեկավար Զարուհի Փոստանջյանն իրեն հատուկ յուրօրինակությամբ է առաջ տանում այս գործընթացը՝ հաճախ դուրս գալով պոլիտկոռեկտության սահմաններից, ապա «Ելք» դաշինքը շեշտադրում է կատարում մյուս թեկնածուներին սևացնելով, առանց այդ էլ հայտնի խնդիրները իբրև նոր հայտնաբերված հեծանիվ ներկայացնելով և այլն:
Այս խնդիրներն, ինչպես արդեն նշվեց, առօրյա և կենցաղային են, այսինքն դրանց լուծումը մշտական գործընթաց է և դժվար է անգամ այստեղ հիմնախնդիր տեսնել: Ինչ վերաբերում է հաղթելու ամենամեծ շանսերն ունեցող Հանրապետականին և վերջինիս թեկնածու և գործող քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին, ապա այստեղ կարծես թե ամեն ինչ ավելի պարզ է: Եթե փորձենք ամփոփել քարոզարշավի մեկնարկից անցած օրերը, ապա պետք է ընդամենը նշենք, որ գուցե և տարօրինակ թվա, սակայն Տարոն Մարգարյանը, լինելով գործող քաղաքապետ, չի թերագնահատում ոչ մի քաղաքական ուժի և ինչպես 2013թ., այնպես էլ հիմա լծվել է բակ առ բակ երևանցիների հետ հանդիպմանը և իր նոր զարգացման ծրագրերի ներկայացմանը:
Ու մինչ մյուս երկու ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուները փորձում են այլընտրանքային քարոզարշավ ներկայացնել՝ մեկը Էրեբունի–Երևանի հիմն է երգում, մյուսը՝ Արգիշտի թագավորի սեպագիր արձանագրությունն է սերտում, մեկը բանավեճի է հրավիրում, մյուսը՝ կարողությունն է հաշվում, գործող քաղաքապետը իր հավասարակշիռ պահվածքով ու մոտեցմամբ սկսել է իր նախընտրական քարոզարշավը բակային հանդիպումներով, քաղաքացիների հետ անմիջական շփումներով և իր թիմի կատարած աշխատանքը, ինչպես նաև նոր զարգացման ծրագրերը ներկայացնելով:
