Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Թուրքիայում Էրդողանի թիմը հաղթանակ է գրանցել սահմանադրական հանրաքվեում, ինչը առաջին հերթին նշանակում է, որ քեմալական մոդելի վրա հիմնված աշխարհիկ Թուրքիան հետայսու անցյալում է, իսկ հիմա գործ ենք ունենալու նեոօսմանիզմի վրա հիմնված ագրեսիվ, իսլամիստական նկրտումներով ու էքսպանսիվ Թուրքիայի հետ։ Դե Էրդողանն էլ, բնականաբար, կլինի նոր սուլթանը՝ Ռեջեպ Ա-ն։

Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում մեզ համար։ Լավագույն դեպքում՝ ոչ մի լավ բան։ Վատագույն դեպքում՝ էապես աճած արտաքին ռիսկեր մեր արևմտյան սահմանին։ Ու այս առնչությամբ կրկին ագամ ակտուալանում է Ռուսաստանի հետ պինդ ու որակյալ ռազմավարական դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ ունենալու հարցը, որովհետև միանգամայն ճիշտ է այն պնդումը, որ կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում մեր ամենաիրական ռիսկերը Ադրբեջանի հետ են կապված, սակայն միջնաժամկետ ու երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում մեր թիվ մեկ ռիսկն ու թշնամին Թուրքիան է, իսկ նեոօսմանական Թուրքիան՝ առավել ևս, իսկ նման ռիսկի դեմ միայն մեր ուժերը ակնհայտորեն բավարար չեն։

Անհանգստացնողը սակայն այն է, որ մեր հասարակությունում գրեթե բացակայում է ժամանակակից Թուրքիայի ադեկվատ ընկալումը։ Հանրային ընկալման մեջ Թուրքիան կա՛մ ինչ-որ հետամնաց ու արխայիկ կերպարով է ներկայացված, կամ էլ պուպուշ-սիրուն երկրի, որը սակայն բնակեցված է յաթաղանով ենիչերիներով։ Իսկ իրականում Թուրքիան հզորագույն տարածաշրջանային տերություն է՝ զարգացած տնտեսությամբ, արդյունաբերությամբ ու ռազմական մեքենայով, որը պլանավորում է շուտով ունենալ սեփական տիեզերական ծրագիրը և մոտ է ինքնաբավությանը։ Էլ չասենք, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամներից ամենաանկախն ու ինքնուրույնն է՝ սեփական արտաքին ու ներքին շահերը պաշտպանելու հարցում (իհարկե՝ ԱՄՆ-ից հետո)։

Այնպես որ, առաջիկա զարգացումները Թուրքիայում բավականին ուշագրավ են լինելու և կարող են անմիջականորեն ազդել մեր շահերի վրա։ Ի վերջո՝ մինչ այժմ մենք գործ ունեինք Եվրոպայի հետ ինտեգրման տենչող մոդերնիստական պետության հետ, իսկ թե ինչպիսին կլինի Ռեջեպ Ա-ի սուլթանատ դարձած Թուրքիան՝ դեռ մե՜ծ հարցական է։
