Ճաշ. 1 բաժակ մածուն, 300 գ խաշած հավի կրծքամիս
Ընթրիք. 200 գ խաշած հավի կրծքամիս, 1 եփած ձու, 1 նարինջ
Երեքշաբթի
Նախաճաշ. 2 թերխաշ ձու, 1 բաժակ կիտրոնաջուր
Ճաշ. 200 գ շոգեխաշած ձուկ, 1 թուրինջ
Ընթրիք. 3 հատ պինդ եփած ձու
Չորեքշաբթի
Նախաճաշ. 2 թերխաշ ձու, 1 բաժակ նարնջի հյութ
Ճաշ. 200 գ շոգեխաշած տավարի միս՝ բանջարեղենով, 1 հատ նարինջ
Ընթրիք. 3 հատ պինդ եփած ձու
Հինգշաբթի
Նախաճաշ. 3 ձվով և կանաչիով ձվածեղ, կաթով սուրճ
Ճաշ. 200 գ խաշած տավարի միս, 1 նարինջ
Ընթրիք. 1 պինդ եփած ձու, 2 նարինջ
Ուրբաթ
Նախաճաշ. 2 պինդ եփած ձու, գազարով և թթվասերով աղցան
