2. Ձեզ համար դժվար է վերահսկել զգացմունքները։ Ձեզ հյուծում է նոր մարդկանց հետ շփումը։ Հաճախ չգիտեք՝ ինչի մասին խոսել, ինչի հետևանքով փորձում եք շուտ ավարտել խոսակցությունը։ Բացի այդ՝ հաճախ եք փորձում «պրծնել» նշանակված հանդիպումներից։ Երբ սթրեսի մեջ եք կամ զայրանում եք, կարող եք պոռթկալ։ Դրանից խուսափելու համար հարկավոր է հավասարակշռություն պահպանել։ Փորձեք ավելի բաց լինել և ավելի շատ վստահել մտերիմներին։
