Գորիսի «Սդղի գյոլ» կոչվող տարածքում Մուշեղ Զաքարյանին մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2 անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի՝ Մուշեղ Զաքարյանին մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու համար։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ նախաքննությամբ ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Գորիսի «Սդղի գյոլ» կոչվող տարածքում մայիսի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը, միջադեպին ներկա գտնված, մասնակցություն ունեցած մի շարք անձանց ինքնությունը։
Քննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ նշված տարածքում մայիսի 2-ին՝ ժամը 17-ի սահմաններում, տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն՝ դրանից ժամեր առաջ Գորիս քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի կապակցությամբ, որի հետևանքով վնասվել էր Մ.Զաքարյանի վարած ավտոմեքենայի կողային հայելին։
«Սդղի գյոլ» կոչվող տարածքում առաջացած վիճաբանության ժամանակ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից բռնություն է գործադրվել Մուշեղ Զաքարյանի նկատմամբ։
Քննության տվյալներով՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ Յուրի Մանուչարյանը, Դերենիկ Հակոբյանը մի քանի այլ անձանց հետ միասին հարվածներ են հասցրել Մ.Զաքարյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով միջին ծանրության մարմնական վնաս։
Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Յուրիկ Մանուչարյանին և Դերենիկ Հակոբյանին հունիսի 12-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 113-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, և նույն օրը քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է։
Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ Մուշեղ Զաքարյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված բռնությանը մասնակցություն ունեցած մյուս անձանց հայտնաբերելու համար։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ միջադեպին ներկա գտնված անձանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողությունները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Քննության արդյունքների մասին տեղեկություն կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
