Մանկապարտեզների ու դպրոցների տնօրեններն ընդդեմ «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության քննությունն ընթացքի մեջ է:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ`այս մասին  լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀկրթության ու գիտության նախարար ԼևոնՄկրտչյանը։ 

«Շարունակելու ենք գործընթացը, որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե ինչպես է ամեն ինչ տեղի ունեցել: Այդ խոսակցությունների վերաբերյալ արդեն բացատրություններ ունենք: Տնօրենները համարում են, որ իրենց իրավունքները խախտված են», - ընդգծեց Մկրտչյանը։

Նախարարը չցանկացավ որևէ մեկնաբանություն անել այդ հարցի շուրջ և հավելեց, որ խնդիրը դատարանի միջոցով է լուծվում:

«Իրենք գտնում են, որ կուսակցության անդամներ են և իրավունք ունեն աշխատանքից հետո իրականացնել որոշակի գործառույթներ: Եթե աշխատանքից դուրս է եղել ամեն ինչ, ապա նրանք օրենքը չեն խախտել, իսկ եթե օգտագործվել է իրենց աշխատանքային ժամանակը, իհարկե, օրենքի խախտումով է»,- նշեց նա։

«Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» ՀԿ-ն հրապարակել է տեղեկություններ այն մասին, որ հանրապետության մարզերի 84 դպրոցների և 30 մանկապարտեզների տնօրեններ «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում»-ի աշխատակիցներին հեռախոսով մանրամասն պատմել են հավաքագրած ցուցակների մասին: ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունն էլտեղեկացնում է, որ 

նախարարի պարտականությունները կատարող նախարարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Մկրտչյանը հանդիպել է ավագ դպրոցների այն տնօրենների հետ, ում անունները հիշատակվում են «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» ՀԿ-ի հրապարակած նյութում: Մանուկ Մկրտչյանը տեղեկացրել է, < i>որ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում հարուցվել էվարչական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում ԿԳ նախարարության ենթակայության ավագ դպրոցներիվերոնշյալ աշխատակիցներին առնչվող ձայնագրությունների կապակցությամբ նրանք պետք է բացատրություններ ներկայացնեն ԿԸՀ։ Նախարարի տեղակաը ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ է արել ձեռնարկել բոլոր միջոցները` կրթական հաստատությունները քաղաքական գործընթացներից զերծ պահելու և բացառապես օրենքի շրջանակում գործելու վերաբերյալ:
