10 սովորություն, որ ունեն ձանձրալի մարդիկ

Բազմաթիվ հոգեբաններ փաստում են, որ եթե ձեր կյանքն անհետաքրքիր ու ձանձրալի է, դա ոչ թե շրջապատի մեղավորությունն է, այլ ձեր։ Elle-ը գրում է, որ մարդիկ փորձում են թաքցնել, որ ձանձրալի են, սակայն կա մի քանի պարզ եղանակ, որոնց շնորհիվ կարող եք պարզել, որ ձեր զրուցակիցն անհետաքրքիր ու ձանձրալի է։

Եվ այսպես, 10 սովորություն, որ ունեն ձանձրալի մարդիկ.

1.      Չեն լսում զրուցակցին։ Այսպիսի մարդկանց հետ դժվար է զրուցել, քանի որ նրանք կամ չեն լսում ձեզ ու միայն «ըհը» են պատասխանում, կամ էլ միայն իրենց կյանքի մասին են պատմում ու չեն լսում, թե դուք ինչ եք ասում։

2.      Չեն արձագանքում ժեստերին։ Վերբալ շփման հետ մեկտեղ մարդիկ օգտագործում են նաև ժեստերը, որոնք ավելի զգացմունքային ու խորն են դարձնում նրանց խոսքը։ Եթե ձեր զրուցակիցն անհետաքրքիր անձնավորություն է, ապա դուք ոչ մի դեպքում չեք կարողանա ստիպել նրան պատասխանել ձեր ժեստերին։

3.      Չեն կարողանում ծիծաղեցնել զրուցակցին։ Հումորի զգացողությունը խոսում է այն մասին, որ մարդը կարող է իրավիճակը դիտարկել տարբեր տեսանկյուններից, իսկ ձանձրալի մարդիկ ինֆորմացիան ընդունում են այնպես, ինչպես այն մատուցում են իրենց։

4.      Նույն գործողություններն են անում։ Եթե ունեք այնպիսի ընկեր կամ ծանոթ, որը ոչ մի նոր վայրում չի ցանկանում գտնվել, միշտ ստիպում է ձեզ նույն վայրերն այցելել, ապա նա ձանձրալի է, քանի որ նրանք վախենում են դուրս գալ իրենց հարմարավետության շրջանից։

5.      Չեն մասնակցում խոսակցությանը։ Դուք երբեք չեք լսի, որ ձանձրալի մարդը երկար խոսի ինչ-որ թեմայի շուրջ։ Նրանք պարզապես զլանում են մտածել այդ մասին ու սովորաբար նույն բառերով են պատասխանում՝ «Չգիտեմ», «Դժվարանում եմ պատասխանել», «Հավանաբար, դու ճիշտ ես», «Երբեք այդ մասին չեմ մտածել» և այլն։

6.      Սեփական կարծիք չունեն։ Ձանձրալի մարդիկ սեփական կարծիք չունեն, քանի որ նրանց համար միևնույն է։ Նրանք միշտ նույն արտահայտություններով են խոսում ու ներկայացնում են ինչ-որ տեղում լսած ինչ-որ մեկի կարծիքը։

7.      Չեն կարողանում պատմություններ պատմել։ Որևէ պատմություն պատմելու կամ իրավիճակը նկարագրելու համար հարուստ երևակայություն է անհրաժեշտ։ Ձանձրալի մարդիկ թույլ երևակայություն ունեն, այդ պատճառով էլ չեն կարողանում պատմություններ պատմել։

8.      Չեն կարողանում այլ մարդկանց դրության մեջ իրենց պատկերացնել։ Ինչ-որ մեկի փոխարեն իրենց պատկերացնելու համար նույնպես երևակայություն է պետք։ Պետք է կարողանալ ավելի խորը մտածել ու դատողություններ անել, իսկ ձանձրալի մարդիկ սեփական աշխարհում են ապրում։

9.      Նրանք պատմելու ոչինչ չունեն։ Քանի որ ձանձրալի մարդկանց մեծամասնությունն անում է նույն բանն ու գնում է նույն վայրերը, այդ պատճառով էլ նրանց կյանքում նորություններ չեն լինում և նրանք պատմելու ոչինչ չունեն։

10.  Խոսում են այն թեմաներից, որոնք միայն իրենց են հետաքրքիր։ Հետաքրքիր զրուցակիցը սովորաբար փորձում է այնպիսի թեմաներ ընտրել, որ երկուսդ էլ կարողանաք մասնակցել զրույցին, իսկ ձանձրալի մարդիկ խոսում են միայն այն բանի մասին, ինչ իրենց է հետաքրքրում։
