Ղրղզստանի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչներին ներկայացվել է Կանաչ կլիմայական հիմնադրամի ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի հաջողված փորձը

Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունում տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային հանդիպում` Կանաչ կլիմայական հիմնադրամի ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի իրականացրած աշխատանքների հաջողված փորձին ծանոթանալու նպատակով:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչները՝ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Ս. Պապյանի գլխավորությամբ և  Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցիչները՝ Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Ս. Ումետալիևի գլխավորությամբ, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի կայուն աճի և զարգացման բաժնի ղեկավար Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնո ւթյան հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Իր ողջույնի խոսքում  Ս. Պապյանը կարևորել է ոլորտին առնչվող հարցերի շուրջ միջազգային հարթակներում երկու երկրների ներկայացուցիչների արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը: Նախարարի առաջին տեղակալը ներկայացրել է կլիմայի փոփոխության հարցերով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից իրականացվող աշխատանքների հիմնական մեխանիզմները և պատասխանատու կառույցների համագործակցության առանձնահատկությունները:

Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Ս. Ումետալիևը շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հանդիպման հնարավորություն ընձեռելու համար` նշել է, որ իրենց հետաքրքրում է Կանաչ կլիմայական հիմնադրամի հետ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համագործակցության հաջողված փորձը:

Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը գոհունակությամբ նկատել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագիրը դարձել է կլիմայական ֆինանսավորման հարցերում պետությունների համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների համագործակցության սերտացման հարթակ:

ՄԱԿ-ի  «Կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին» շրջանակային  կոնվենցիայի ազգային համակարգող Ա. Գաբրիելյանը ներկայացրել է «Հայաստանի կլիմայական քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղիները և ֆինանսական գործիքները» խորագրով ելույթը, իսկ «Բնապահպանական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ» ՊՀ տնօրենի տեղակալ Ս. Բալոյանը մատուցել է տեղեկատվություն՝ Գլոբալ էկոլոգիական հիմնադրամի, Ադապտացիոն հիմնադրամի և Կանաչ կլիմայական հիմնադրամի հետ Հայաստանի համագործակցության  վերաբերյալ:

Ելույթներին հաջորդել են երկկողմանի համագործակցության հնարավոր ուղիների և այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ քննարկումները:
