OCCRP-ը ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանի կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի վերաբերյալ նոր բացահայտում է արել

Կազմակերպված հանցավորության և կոռուպցիայի հետազոտական կենտրոնը (OCCRP- Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project) նոր բացահայտում է արել ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանի կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի իտալացի պատգամավոր Լուկա Վոլոնտեի դեմ Միլանի դատախազության կողմից իրականացվող հետաքննությունը պարզել էր, որ Վոլոնտեին բրիտանական և օֆշորային կազմակերպությունների միջոցով փոխանցվել էր 2.39 միլիոն եվրո գումար: Ֆինանսավորման մեծ մասը եկել էր բրիտանական Hilux Services LLP ընկերության և էստոնական բանկում ընկերության հաշվի միջոցով, որոնց գումար էր փոխանցել ադրբեջանական Baktelekom MMC կորպորացիան: OCCRP-ի լրագրողի տեղեկություններով` ադրբեջանական վերոնշյաÕ ¬ ընկերության սեփականատերը սերտ կապի մեջ է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևի ընտանիքի հետ:

Գումարային փոխանցումները միտված են եղել Վոլոնտեի ջանքերով լռեցնելու եվրոպական կառույցի կողմից հնչեցվող քննադատություններն Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների առնչությամբ:

Թեպետ դատախազները հայտնում են, որ իրենք հետևել են 2012 և 2014 թվականների ընթացքում Վոլոնտեին ուղղված 2.39 միլիոն եվրոյի տեղաշարժը, մեղադրական եզրակացությունում նշվել է, որ բրիտանական Hilux Services LLP ընկերության հաշվին 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերից մինչև 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբեր մուտք է արվել մինչև 1 մլրդ եվրո գումար, ինչը թույլ է տալիս ենթադրել, որ կոռուպցիոն սխեման կարող է շատ ավելի մեծ լինել, քան Վոլոնտեի գործը:

2016 թվականի փետրվարին Միլանի ոստիկանությունն ու դատախազությունը քրեական գործ են հարուցել Լուկա Վոլոնտեի դեմ, ով Քրիստոնեա-դեմոկրատական կուսակցության նախկին պատգամավոր և ԵԽԽՎ-ում Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցության խմբակցության նախկին նախագահն է: Վոլոնտեն մեղադրվում է 2012-2013 թվականների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանից 2,4 մլն եվրո կաշառք վերցնելու մեջ: Փոխարենը, պաշտոնական Բաքուն նրան օգտագործում էր Իտալիայի խորհրդարանում և ԵԽԽՎ-ում:

Գումարը նրան է փոխանցել ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության ղեկավար Սուլեյմանովը, իսկ կոորդինացիոն աշխատանքներն իրականացրել է Բրյուսելում տեղակայված ադրբեջանական լոբբիստական կազմակերպությունը:

Վոլոնտեի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը պաշտոնապես ունի երկու գլուխ` կաշառակերություն և փողերի լվացում:
