Նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանին են ներկայացվել հեռարձակման թվայնացման գործընթացի արդյունքները

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն այցելեց «Հայաստանի հեռուստատեսային և ռադիոհաղորդիչ ցանց» (ՀՀՌՑ) ՓԲ ընկերություն: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Գրիգոր Ամալյանը նախարարին ներկայացրեց հեռուստահեռարձակման արդեն թվայնացված համակարգը, վերջին շրջանում կատարված տեխնիկական բարելավումները, հետագա զարգացման ծրագրերը:
Գլխամասային կամ կենտրոնական կայանում, որտեղից կառավարվում է Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքի թվային հեռուստահեռարձակումը, նախարարը ծանոթացավ ներդրված նորագույն տեխնիկական հնարավորություններին, որոնց միջոցով ապահովվում է թվային հեռարձակման բարձր որակը։
Կայանի վերահսկողության և կառավարման կենտրոնում էլ նախարարին ներկայացվեց, թե ինչպես է վերահսկվում և կառավարվում հանրապետության բոլոր հեռուստակայանների և հեռուստաեթերի անխափան աշխատանքը։
Նշվեց, որ ՀՀՌՑ հեռարձակման ցանցի ենթակառուցվածքը ներառում է մեկ կենտրոնական կայան Երևանում, ավելի քան 210 մարզային հաղորդիչ կայաններ և եթերային հոսքերի վերգետնյա փոխանցման օպտիկամանրաթելային և արբանյակային ցանցեր: Թվային հեռուստատեսության ցանցը ներառում է Հայաստանի բնակավայրերի 100 տոկոսը։ Այն Երևանի և հարակից տարածքների հեռուստադիտողների համար ներկայում ապահովում է 18 հեռուստատեսային և 1 ռադիո ալիքների անվճար հասանելիություն, իսկ մարզերի բնակիչների համար՝ 9 հեռուստատեսային և 1 ռադիո ալիքների՝ ներառյալ մարզային սփռման հեռուստաալիքների հասանելիություն:
Մշակված համակարգը տեխնոլոգիական հնարավորություն է ընձեռում հեռուստատեսային ալիքները հեռարձակել ինչպես ստանդարտ (SD), այնպես էլ բարձր (HD) թողունակությամբ՝ ունենալով բազմաթիվ լրացուցիչ ծառայություններ զարգացնելու հնարավորություն:
Նախարարին ներկայացվեցին նաև անալոգային հեռուստահեռարձակման ընթացքում կիրառված տեխնիկական միջոցները, դրանց կիրառման հետագա հնարավորությունները։
Շրջայցից հետո տեղի ունեցավ խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին ընկերության զարգացման ծրագրերը, նոր տեխնիկական լուծումները, ենթակառուցվածքային բարելավումները, թվային միջավայրում հեռուստատեսության, ռադիոյի և հեռահաղորդակցական այլ ծառայությունների կոնվերգացմանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր:
Նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն իր նկատառումներն ու դիտողություններն արեց ընկերության գործունեության վերաբերյալ, միաժամանակ նաև հավաստեց իր բազմակողմանի օժանդակությունը՝ համակարգի զարգացման ծրագրերն իրականացնելու համար։
