Հայկական բանակում կանանց ներգրավվածությունը հետզհետե ավելանում է

Դժվարությունները խոչընդոտ չեն Զինված ուժերում կանանց ներգրավվածության հարցում: ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական կլինիկական զինվորական հոսպիտալի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքի պետ, բուժծառայության փոխգնդապետ Գայանե Հովհաննիսյանը, ով աշխատել է թե 90-ականների արցախյան պատերազմի, թե 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ, շատ դժվարությո ւնների միջով է անցել, սակայն երբևէ չի ընկճվել ու սիրով, պատրաստակամությամբ շարունակել է աշխատանքը:
Արցախյան պատերազմի տարիներին աշխատանքը բավական ծանր էր, և բոլորը սպասում էին, որ Գայանե Հովհաննիսյանը չի դիմանա, գործը կթողնի և իր աշխատանքը կշարունակ քաղաքացիական բուժհաստատություններում: Չնայած նման խոսակցություններին ու սպասումներին` Գայանե Հովհաննիսյանի մեջ տարեցտարի ավելի էր ամրանում այն համոզմունքը, որ ճիշտ ճանապարհ է ընտրել:
«Մինչև հիմա ես շարունակում եմ իմ աշխատանքը ռազմական ոլորտում: Իհարկե, լինում են պահեր, երբ թվում է, թե ինչ-որ բան ուժերիցդ վեր է, սակայն երբ տեսնում ես, որ վիրավոր զինվորը, որի վերականգնումն անհույս էր, որոշ ժամանակ հետո իր ոտքով թողնում է բաժանմունքը, դա մեծ ուժ է տալիս շարունակելու ծառայությունը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ասաց Գայանե Հովհաննիսյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ծառայությունն ընտանիքի հետ համադրելը դժվար է, սակայն շնորհիվ իր ընտանիքի անդամների, կարողացել է հաղթահարել բոլոր դժվարությունները:
ՀՀ ՊՆ իրավաբանական վարչության իրավական ապահովման բաժնի ավագ սպա, փոխգնդապետ Նարինե Կարապետյանը, Երևանում ստանալով բարձրագույն կրթություն և իրավաբանի որակավորում, որոշում է մեկնել Արցախ: Այնտեղ սկզբում աշխատել է որպես փաստաբան, այնուհետև ստանձնել նոտարի պաշտոնը: Ընտանեկան փոփոխություններով պայմանավորված՝ տարիներ անց վերադառնում է Երևան: Տեղեկանալով, որ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում ձևավորվել է իրավաբանական վարչություն, որոշել է ընդունվել այդտեղ աշխատանքի:
«Ինձ դա հաջողվեց, և արդեն 17 տարի աշխատում եմ ՊՆ իրավաբանական վարչությունում: Մասնագիտական գործունեություն իրականացնելիս ծայրաստիճան դժվար փուլեր չեմ ունեցել, ինչ արել եմ, արել եմ սիրով: Այս ոլորտում աշխատելու համար անհրաժեշտ է լինել սկզբունքային, սիրել աշխատանքը, ունենալ մասնագիտական լավ հմտություններ, կրթվել»,-ասաց նա:
Երբ Նարինե Կարապետյանն իրավաբանական վարչությունում աշխատանքի է ընդունվել, միակ կին իրավաբանն է եղել: Այսօր արդեն վարչության աշխատակազմի կեսը կանայք են: Դա նշանակում է, որ հայկական բանակում կանանց ներգրավվածությունը հետզհետե ավելանում է:
