- 1 ճաշի գդալ եզան լեզվի սերմեր
- 250 գրամ ջուր
Պատրաստման եղանակը
Եզան լեզվի սերմերի վրա լցրեք եռացող ջուր, թողեք այն մնա մոտ 15-20 րոպե: Սերմերը քամեք քամիչի օգնությամբ: Նիհարելու համար թեյը կարող եք խմել տաք և սառը վիճակում: Խմեք օրական 50 մլ ամեն օր՝ սոված փորին: Այս թեյը խմեք 10 օր, ապա ընդմիջեք մեկ ամսով:
Հայտնի է, որ այս թեյը կտա սպասված արդյունքը, հատկապես եթե օգտագործեք ցածր կալորիականությամբ սննդի հետ: Նախքան փորձելն այս միջոցը, անպայման խորհրդակցեք բժշկի հետ, քանի որ կան որոշ հակացուցումներ, կապված արյան տրոմբի, ստամոքսի թթվայնության հետ:
