«Կովկաս» ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն, քաղաքագետ, Սերգեյ Մինասյանը բացառում է Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցության մուտքը խորհրդարան: «Իրականում, բացառությամբ մեկ կամ երկու քաղաքական ուժերի, որոնց գաղափարախոսական, քաղաքական մոտեցումները միգուցե տարբերվում են մնացած այլ քաղաքական ուժերից, մնացածի մոտ շատ մեծ տարբերություն չենք տեսնում, չնայած որ թե՛ ն երքին, թե՛ արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ առանձնահատուկ ինչ-որ մի բան են փորձում ներկայացնել:  Այս ընտրությունները կարելի է համեմատել հետխորհրդային դաշտում տեղի ունեցած այլ գործընթացների հետ, երբ անձանց եւ քաղաքական ուժերի ռեսուրսային հնարավորություններն ավելի կարեւոր դեր են կատարում, քան քարոզչական, գաղափարախոսական մեխանիզմները: Կարծում եմ՝ այն ուժերը, որոնք հստակորեն հայտնվելու են խորհրդարանում, հանրապետականներն են, դաշնակցականները, «Ելք» եւ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքները. այստեղ պարզապես ձայների խնդիրն է, սակայն կասկած չկա, որ կհայտնվեն խորհրդարանում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Սերգեյ Մինասյանը: Խորհրդարանական շեմը հաղթահարելու առումով մի փոքր խնդիր կարող է առաջանալ Ազատ դեմոկրատների, «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության, ինչպես նաեւ Օսկանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օհանյան դաշինքի մոտ, որը, քաղաքագետի խոսքով, լուրջ քաղաքական ճնշման տակ է:

«ՀԱԿ-ի առումով մի փոքր դժվար է. օրինակ՝ փորձում է արցախյան հարցի շուրջ տարբերվող մոտեցումներ ունենալ, սակայն այդքան էլ տարբերվող չէ, քանի որ այն ներկայացնում է իր խաղաղության ծրագիրը, որը Հայաստանն ունի բանակցային սեղանում: Դա  իրականում ներկայացվում է Մադրիդյան սկզբունքների գաղափարի շուրջ է այն դեպքում, երբ  Հայաստանի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումն այն է, որ  Մադրիդյան սկզբունքները կարող ենք ընդունվել որպես հիմք հետագա բանակցություններում: Հասկանալի է, որ առանձնապես մեծ տարբերություն չի կարող լինել, եւ թե ՀԱԿ-ի, թե իշխանականների կողմից ներկայացվող անվտանգը չի կարող լինել,  քանի դեռ տեսանելի ապագայում Ադրբեջանը չի ընդունելու այդ բանակցային գործընթացը՝ ներկայացված համանախագահների կողմից»,-նշեց նա:

Մինասյանը կարծում է, որ քաղաքացիների մեջ լինելու է հստակ մի զանգված, որը զերծ է մնալու ընտրակաշառքներ վերցնելուց եւ առաջնորդվելու է քաղաքական ուժերի գաղափարախոսական մոտեցումներով:  «Ընտրակաշառքների հարցը հատկապես շրջաններում է խնդիր լինելու, քանի որ այնտեղ կաշառքը կարող է նաեւ այլ ձեւերով լինել»,-  ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Քաղաքագետը հնարավոր է համարում հետընտրական զարգացումները, սակայն չի կարծում, որ դրանք շատ բուռն ընթացք կունենան:

«Կարծում եմ՝ պայքարն այդքան նյարդային ու էմոցիոնալ չի գնում, որ հետընտրական զարգացումները լինեն նույնպիսին: Գլխավոր ինտրիգը կլինի քաղաքական ուժերի բաժանումը, որը ձայների տարբերությամբ կարող է փոխվել հետագայում»,-եզրափակեց նա:

Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները տեղի կունենան ապրիլի 2-ին, իսկ նախընտրական քարոզարշավը մեկնարկեց մարտի 5-ին:
