Շատ կանայք, ձգտելով լինել բարեկազմ, ամբողջովին հրաժարվում են հացից՝ համարելով, որ դրանից իրենք գիրանում են։ Եվ շատ իզուր։ Հացը պարունակում է շատ օգտակար վիտամիններ եւ միկրոէլեմենտներ, առաջին հերթին՝ В խմբի։ Այդ պատճառով դրանցից հրաժարվել ուղղակի չի կարելի։ Եկեք հասկանանք, թե որ հացն է գիրացնում։

Եթե նախկինում հացթուխները ջանում էին ազատվել հացի միջի բալաստային նյութերից, այն է՝ թեփից, ապա հիմա հենց այն նյութերն են համարվում սննդային մանրաթելեր, որոնց օգտակար հատկությունները գիտնականները նորովի են բացահայտում։ Նման մանրաթելեր է պարունակում ցանկացած հաց, բայց առավել շատ են դրանք հացաբուսային հացի մեջ։

Այդ պատճառով, եթե դու վախենում ես հացից գիրանալուց, նախապատվությունը տուր թեփով եւ ամբողջ հատիկավոր ալյուրից պատրաստած հացին, որոնք նպաստում են օրգանիզմը մաքրելուն։
