Շիրակի մարզի առողջապահական խնդիրներին համակարգված լուծումներ կառաջարկվեն

Շիրակի մարզ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Գյումրու ծննդատուն։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, նախարարը ծանոթացել է բուժհաստատության առկա հնարավորություններին, հագեցվածությանը, իրականացվող ծառայություններին, զրուցել բուժաշխա տողների հետ։ Ծննդատան տնօրեն Վարդան Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է կուտակված պարտքերի մարման, թերծանրաբեռնվածության և այլ խնդիրների հաղթահարման իրենց մոտեցումները։

Նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը տնօրենին առաջարկել է ներկայացնել իրավիճակի բարելավման ծրագիր, որի մանրամասն քննարկման արդյունքում մոտ երեք ամսվա ընթացքում նախարարության կողմից կառաջարկվեն խնդիրների լուծման դեղատոմսեր։  «Հանրապետության առողջապահության բյուջեի ամենամեծ չափաբաժինը՝ 4 մլրդ դրամ, տրվում է Շիրակի մարզին։ Իմ այցի նպատակն այն է, որ համատեղ արված վերլուծության հիման վրա այդ միջոցները հնարավորինս արդյունավետ ծախսելու ճանապարհներ գտնենք»,­ասել է նախարարը՝ կարևորելով մարզում առկա առողջապահական խնդիրներին համակարգված լուծումներ տալու անհրաժեշտությունը։

Գյումրու մոր և մանկան ավստրիական հիվանդանոցում նախարարին և նրան ուղեկցողներին հաղորդել են, որ իրականացվող գրեթե բոլոր ծառայությունների, այդ թվում՝ ծննդօգնության ծավալները տարեցտարի աճել են։ Տնօրեն Աշոտ Կուրղինյանի ներկայացրած շնորհանդեսում ներկայացված էին հիվանդանոցի հետագա զարգացման հեռանկարները, այդ թվում՝ նոր ծառայությունների կազմակերպում, ավստրիական գործընկերների հետ նախանշվող նոր ծրագրեր։  

Լևոն Ալթունյանը նաև շրջայց է կատարել հիվանդանոցում, զրուցել բուժաշխատողների հետ, հետաքրքրվել հիվանդների առողջական վիճակով։

Այնուհետև նախարարը և մարզպետը  ծանոթացել են հարևանությամբ գտնվող Գյումրու բժշկական կենտրոնում իրականացվող ծառայություններին։ 2016թ. այստեղ 400 հիվանդ սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատության ծրագրով պետական պատվերի շրջանակում ստենտավորվել է։ Նախարարին ներկայացրել են, որ կենտրոնը հանրապետությունում  առաջինն է իջեցրել ստենտավորման գները՝ հաշվի առնելով մարզի բնակչության սոցիալական վիճակը և փորձելով  հիվանդներին ետ պահել այդ նպատակով Վրաստան մեկնելուց։ Այնուհետև հիվանդանոցի ղեկավարության և մարզի առողջապահության ոլորտի պատասխանատուների հետ քննարկվել են մի շարք ծառայությունների ընդլայնմանը, գնումների միասնական հարթակի ձևավորմանն առնչվող և այլ հարցեր։

Լևոն Ալթունյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ նախարարությունում գործող աշխատանքային խումբն այժմ ուսումնասիրություններ է կատարում։ Դրանց և էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգում ստեղծված հավաստի տեղեկատվական բազաների հիման վրա կատարված վերլուծությունների արդյունքում մոտ 3 ամսվա ընթացքում մարզի առողջապահական խնդիրների լուծման ուղիներ կառաջարկվեն։
