Հարավային Կորեան պահանջել Է կասեցնել ԿԺԴՀ-ի անդամությունը ՄԱԿ-ին

Սեուլը պահանջել Է կասեցնել Փենյանի անդամությունը ՄԱԿ-ին: Ինչպես փետրվարի 28-ին հաղորդել Է Reuters գործակալությունը, այդ մասին հայտարարել Է Կորեայի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Յուն Բյոնսեն՝ ելույթ ունենալով զինաթափման հարցերին նվիրված խորհրդաժողովում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Այս հայտարարության համար առիթ Է դարձել Հյուսիսային Կորեայի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների ենթադրվող մասնակցությունը ԿԺԴՀ-ի առաջնորդ Կիմ Չեն Ընի ավագ եղբոր՝ Կիմ Չեն Նամի վերացմանը, որը փետրվարի 13-ին սպանվել Է Մալայզիայի մայրաքաղաք Քուալա Լումպուրում:
«VX թունավոր նյութի (որի օգնությամբ սպանվել Է Կիմ Չեն Նամը) նույնիսկ մի քանի գրամը բավական Է զանգվածային սպանության համար: Իսկ ԿԺԴՀ-ում, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, պահեստավորված են քիմիական զենքի ոչ թե գրամներ, այլ հազարավոր տոննաներ, որի պահեստները սփռված են ամբողջ երկրում: Այդ սպանությունը տագնապալի ազդանշան Է մեզ բոլորիս համար, որը ցույց Է տալիս, որ Փենյանը կանգ չի առնի այն կիրառելու հարցում»,-հայտարարել Է Յուն Բյոնսեն:
Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացվել Է, Մալայզիայի ոստիկանությունն անհրաժեշտ Է համարում ՄԱԿ-ին հանձնել Կիմ Չեն Նամի դեմ մահափորձի ժամանակ արգելված VX նյարդակաթվածահարական նյութի օգտագործման՝ առկա ապացույցները: «Կիմ Չեն Նամի սպանության հետաքննությունը կատարվում Է հանգամանորեն եւ բացահայտ բնույթ Է կրում, եւ ոչ մի կարգի պատճառներ չկան VX-ի օգտագործման վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները չուղարկելու համար»,- ասել Է Մալայզիայի  իրավապահ մարմինների ղեկավար Հալիդ Աբու Բաքարը: «Մենք կցանկանայինք (այդ տվյալներն) ուղարկել ՄԱԿ եւ անհրաժեշտ թույլտվու թյուն ենք սպասում երկրի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից»,- հավելել Է նա:    
Մալայզիայի առողջապահության  նախարար Սուբրամանիամ Սաթասիվամն ավելի վաղ հայտնել Է, որ Կիմ Չեն Նամի մահը վրա Է հասել Քուալա Լումպուրի օդանավակայանում նրա վրա VX տիպի նյութի ներգործության հետեւանքով: «VX նյութի այն քանակությունը, որը մենք հայտնաբերեցինք (դիահերձելիս), այնքան մեծ Էր, որ այն վայրկենապես ազդել Է սրտի եւ թոքերի վրա: Նա մահացել Է 15 – 20 րոպեի ընթացքում, թույնի ազդեցությունը եղել Է շատ արագ»,- հայտարարել Է նախարարը: 
VX նյարդակաթվածահարական գազը մարտական մյուս թունավոր նյութերի թվում ենթակա Է Քիմիական զենքի արգելման 1993 թվականի կոնվենցիայի գործողությանը, դրա պաշարները պետք Է ոչնչացվեն: ԿԺԴՀ-ն չի ստորագրել այդ համաձայնագիրը, սակայն հանրապետությունը ժխտում Է այն հայտարարությունները, թե նման տեսակի սպառազինության մեծ պաշարներ ունի: 
Հավելենք, որ Մալայզիայի իշխանությունները Կիմ Չեն Նամի սպանությանը մասնակցության մեջ կասկածում են տասը մարդու, ներառյալ Քուալա Լումպուրում Հյուսիսային Կորեայի դեսպանության բարձրաստիճան մի աշխատակցի: Հարավային Կորեայում կարծում են, որ կասկածյալներից առնվազն չորսը հյուսիկորեական լրտեսներ են:
