Մեր դարաշրջանում մոռացկոտությունից բոլորն են բողոքում` թե՛ տարեցները և թե՛ երիտասարդները: Կա՞ արդյոք միջոց վերականգնելու նախկին հիշողությունը:

Դրանցից են սերկևիլը, արմավը, քաղցր տանձը, բանանը, խաղողը, մանգոն, պանիրը, ռեհանը, նեխուրը, լոլիկը, դդումը: Գիտնականեերը հորդորում են սնունդը չհետաձգել: Նույնիսկ եթե քաղցած չեք, կերեք գոնե թարմ մրգեր կամ էլ ըմպեք մեկ գավաթ քաղցր թեյ:
