8.      Դրականով կիսվեք շրջապատողների հետ։ Հավատացած եղեք, որ եթե օրվա ընթացքում գոնե մեկի տրամադրությունը բարձրացնեք, ապա ձեզ դրական էմոցիաներով լցված ու երջանիկ կզգաք։

9.      Գովաբանեք ձեզ։ Օրվա ընթացքում շատ գործեր եք անում ու փորձում եք լավագույնը լինել, այդ պատճառով էլ գովասանքի եք արժանի։ Բարի եղեք ձեր հանդեպ, լավ հանգստացեք ու հաճելի նվերներ արեք ինքներդ ձեզ։ Եվ հիշեք, որ միայն դուք եք ղեկավարում ձեր կյանքն ու կարող եք անել այն, ինչ ճիշտ եք համարում։
