Պատրաստ են Ղարաբաղի հարցում օգտակար լինել եղբայր հայ ժողովրդին։ Այս մասին, փետրվարի 18-ին, Երեւանում ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշել է Բուլղարիայի խորհրդարանի անդամ, «Ազգային ճակատ» միավորման նախագահ Վալերի Սիմեոնովը։
ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը, ողջունելով բուլղարացի պատգամավորների այցը Հայաստան, ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանն ու Բուլղարիան եղբայրական երկրներ են, ունեն պատմամշակութային սերտ կապեր եւ ընդհանրություններ: Տիկին Նաղդալյանն անդրադարձել է երկու երկրների միջեւ հարաբերությունների ներկա մակարդակին եւ կարեւորել մասնավորապես խորհրդարանական հարթակում կապերի առավել խորացումն ու զարգացումը:
Նաղդալյանը հյուրերին մանրամասն ներկայացրել է ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի փուլերը, կատարված քայլերը եւ այս հարցում Ադրբեջանի ռազմատենչ քաղաքականությունը: Նա ընդգծել է, որ ԼՂ ժողովուրդը ցանկանում է ապրել ազատ ու անկախ երկրում եւ հավելել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը զարգացող ու ժողովրդավարական արժեքներ կրող պետություն է: ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալը խոսել է նաեւ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի մասին եւ ներկայացրել մանրամասներ:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման խնդրին: Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Բուլղարիայի խորհրդարանին եւ հատկապես Վալերի Սիմեոնովին այս հարցում գործադրած ջանքերի համար: Հերմինե Նաղդալյանն ընդգծել է, որ առաջադեմ մարդկությունը պետք է պայքարի եւ քայլեր ձեռնարկի, որպեսզի աշխարհում այլեւս նման ողբերգություններ չկրկնվեն:
Վալերի Սիմեոնովն իր հերթին ընդգծել է, որ պատմական տարբեր ժամանակներում հայ եւ բուլղարացի ժողովուրդները բարեկամներ են եղել: Խոսելով ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի մասին՝ պարոն Սիմեոնովը նշել է, որ իրենք հասկանում են խնդրի էությունը եւ իրենց հնարավորության սահմաններում պատրաստ են օգտակար լինել եղբայր հայ ժողովրդին:
Վալերի Սիմեոնովը տեղեկացրել է նաեւ, որ իր գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն այցելելու է Արցախ, որն արդեն թվով երկրորդ այցն է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն՝ նախորդի համեմատ առավել մեծաթիվ կազմով, ինչի առիթով ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը մեր երկրի եւ անձամբ իր անունից երախտագիտություն է հայտնել՝ հատկանշական համարելով այցը այն ժամանակ, երբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում անցկացվելու է սահմանադրական հանրաքվե՝ այն դիտարկելով որպես կարեւոր առաքելություն, որը վկայում է ժողովրդավարական արժեքների պահպանմանն ուղղված իրենց երկրի վճռականության մասին՝ հատկապես բելառուսա-ադրբեջանական վերջին իրադարձությունների ֆոնին:
Կողմերը կարեւորել են միջազգային տարբեր խորհրդարանական հարթակներում փոխգործակցության խորացումը եւ փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերում միմյանց աջակցելը:
