Վիգեն Սարգսյանը մի շարք հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Մյունխենում

Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովին մասնակցության շրջանակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը փետրվարի 17-ին մի շարք երկկողմ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Մասնավորապես՝ «Կասպերսկի լաբորատորիաներ» ընկերության հիմնադիր-ղեկավար Եվգենի Կասպերսկիի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանի պաշտպանական գերատեսչության և տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ոլորտում հսկայական փորձ ունեցող այդ ընկերության միջև համագործակցության հեռանկարները։ 

Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ու Եվգենի Կասպերսկին համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ համագործակցությունն այնպիսի կարևոր ուղղությամբ, ինչպիսին տեղեկատվական անվտանգությունն է, դրական արդյունքներ կտա՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև ՏՏ ոլորտում Հայաստանում առկա մասնագիտական մեծ ներուժը, ինչպես նաև «Կասպերսկի լաբորատորիաներ» ընկերության հսկայական փորձը։ 

Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Լիտվայի ազգային պաշտպանության նախարար Ռայմունդաս Կարոբլիսի հետ։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են մի շարք, այդ թվում նաև պաշտպանական ոլորտում հայ-լիտվական համագործակցության հեռանկարները։ Հանդիպման մասնակիցները նշել են, որ հարաբերությունների խորացման մեծ ռեսուրս կա՝ ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն ձևաչափերում։ 

Քիչ ուշ կայացել է Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի հանդիպումը Լեհաստանի ազգային պաշտպանության նախարար Անտոնի Մաչիերևիչի հետ։ Ընդգծելով երկու պետությունների և ժողովուրդների ջերմ վերաբերմունքը միմյանց հանդեպ, Հայաստանի և Լեհաստանի պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ պաշտպանական ոլորտում հարաբերությունների խորացման համար առկա է մեծ ռեսուրս։ Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ու Անտոնի Մաչիերևիչը քննարկել են ժամանակակից գլոբալ մարտահրավերները, շեշտելով, որ դրանց արդյունավետ դիմակայելու համար ջանքերի համադրում է անհրաժեշտ։ Որպես համագործակցության լավագույն օրինակ նշվել է հայ-լեհական փոխգործակցությունը տարբեր երկրներում իրականացվող խաղաղապահ առաքելություններում։ 

Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Չեխիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Մարտին Ստրոպնիցկու հետ։ Նախարարները քննարկել են պաշտպանական ոլորտում հայ-չեխական համագործակցության հեռանկարները։ Զրուցակիցներն ընդգծել են, որ չնայած Հայաստանն ու Չեխիան տարբեր ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքներում են գտնվում, դա չի կարող խոչընդոտ հանդիսանալ փոխգործակցության խորացման համար, առավել ևս, որ ողջ աշխարհին սպառնացող ժամանակակից մարտահրավերները պարտադրում են ակտիվ համագործակցություն ծավալել պաշտպանական ոլորտում։  

Փետրվարի 17- ին Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Լիբանանի պաշտպանության նախարար Յաքուբ Սարաֆի հետ։ Հատուկ ընդգծելով Լիբանանի հայ համայնքի մեծ դերը երկրի քաղաքական, տնտեսական ու մշակութային կյանքում, Յաքուբ Սարաֆը նշել է, որ դա կարևոր գործոն է հայ-լիբանանյան հարաբերությունները բոլոր, այդ թվում նաև պաշտպանական ոլորտում զարգացնելու համար։ Զրուցակիցները համակարծիք են եղել, որ տարածաշրջանում ընթացող զարգացումներն իրենց մեջ մեծ վտանգ են պարունակում, որը չեզոքացնելու համար պետությունների սերտ համագործակցություն է անհրաժեշտ։ Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ու Յաքուբ Սարաֆը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ակտիվացնել ջանքերը պաշտպանական ոլորտում հայ-լիբանանյան համագործակցությունը խորացնելու ուղղությամբ։
