Ինչպես գիտենք տարվա այս սեզոնին ամենամատչելի բանջարեղեններից մեկը գազարն է, ուստի չպետք է մոռանալ այն ներառել ամենօրյա կերակրացանկի մեջ:
Նախաճաշին և ճաշին կարող եք օգտագործել հում գազար գրեթե ամեն օր: Իսկ կաթի ու գազարի համադրությունը բավականին կարող է թեթևացնել հազը, օգտակար է նաև խրոնիկ բրոնխիտի, թոքաբորբի ժամանակ: Հում գազարը նաև ամրացնում է լնդերը:
Գազարը A, B, C, D, E, K վիտամինների հիանալի աղբյուր է: Պարունակում է նաև պեկտին, բջջանյութ, ֆոլաթթու, կարոտին և այլն:
