Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը ԲՀԿ-ի դրական դիրքորոշումը սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հարցում բնականոն է համարում

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը բնական է համարում, որ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը կողմ է արտահայտվում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին: Ազգային ժողովում խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների ընթացքում, անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է հաջողվել համոզել ԲՀԿ-ին փոխել դիրքորոշումը սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հարցում, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը հիշեցրեց, ո ր նախագահական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին ԲՀԿ-ն ակտիվորեն քարոզում էր, որ հարկավոր է անցում կատարել կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելին և 100 տոկոսանոց համամասնական ընտրակարգին:«Ինձ համար նորություն չէ, որ ԲՀԿ-ն սկսել է կողմ արտահայտվել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին: Ինձ համար անհասկանալի էր, թե նախկինում ԲՀԿ-ն ինչի՞ն էր դեմ: Երբ նրանք  լիագումար նիստի ընթացքում հայտարարեցին, որ կողմ են սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին, ես բնական համարեցի դա, որովհետև դա ի սկզբանե եղել է այդ քաղաքական ուժի դիրքորոշումը և ինձ համար զարմանալի կլինեÖ €, որ քաղաքական երկրորդ ուժը նման կարևոր խնդրի շուրջ դիրքորոշումներ փոխեր»,-  նշեց Բաղդասարյանը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀԿ-ն աշխատում է բոլորի հետ, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի հանրությանը բացատրել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նպատակը, հասկացնել, թե ինչ ճանապարհով է պատրաստվում գնալ Հայաստանը: «Եթե դուք հիշում եք 1 տարի առաջ լրիվ այլ պատկեր էր: Քաղաքական ուժերի մեծ մասը հայտարարում էր, որ իրենք դեմ են սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին, հայտարարում էին, որ չեն մասնակցելու բովանդակային քննարկումներին, սակայն նրանք հասկացան՝ եթե չեն մասնակցում մայր օրենքի փոփոխություններին, ապագայում կարող են կորցնել իրենց դերը քաղաքական դաշտում: Երբ նրանք կարդացին և հասկացան, թե ինչ է առաջարկվում, հասկացան, որ մենք անում ենք ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների գործը: Ընդդիմադիրների վաղեմի երազանքն է եղել անցումը կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելին, իսկ մենք անում ենք այդ գործը»,- հավելեց պատգամավորը:

ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը նկատեց, որ այն մարդիկ կամ մարդկանց խումբը, ովքեր դեմ են արտահայտվում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին, «ոչ» են ասում միայն նրա համար, որ իշխանություններն «այո» են ասում այդ բարեփոխումներին: Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի խոսքով՝ դա ոչ թե քաղաքական, այլ անձնավորված դիրքորոշում է:

Նա նաև հայտարարեց, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների շուրջ քաղաքական կոնսոլիդացիան արդեն կայացել է՝ ընդգծելով, որ քաղաքական ուժերի, քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպումների և քննարկումների արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների շուրջ դրական վերաբերմունք կա:
