4. Խուսափեք մարդաշատ վայրերից
Շատ մարդկանց հետ շփումն այդ ընթացքում կարող է բարձրացնել գրիպով վարակվելու ռիսկը: Ուստի, հաճախակի լվացեք Ձեր ձեռքերը եւ ախտահանիչ անձեռոցիկներ ու սպիրտ օգտագործեք
5. Վիտամինների օգտագործեք
C, D3 վիտամինները կարող են օգնել հաղթահարել գրիպը, սակայն անպայման խորհրդակցեք Ձեր բժշկի հետ այն մասին, թե դրանցից որոնք են անվտանգ հղիության ընթացքում:
6. Դիմեք բժշկի
Եթե դուք կայուն բարձր ջերմություն եւ այլ նախանշաններ ունեք, ապա անհապաղ դիմեք բժշկի:
