Գյումրիում հորաքրոջ տնից 6 միլիոն դրամի զարդեր գողացած 45-ամյա տղամարդը ինսուլտից մահացել է

Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Աշոտ Մանուկյանի նախագահությամբ կարճվել է քրեական գործի վարույթը՝ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Գասպար Դ.-ի:
45-ամյա Գասպարը մեղադրվում էր առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գույք գողանալու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Գասպարը ծնվել էր Գյումրիում, փաստացի բնակվում էր Արցախի Շահումյանի շրջանի գյուղերից մեկում: Նա ամուսնացած էր, խնամքին երկու անչափահաս երեխա ուներ: Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 5-ին Գասպարը եկել էր Գյումրի այն նպատակով, որ տուն վարձի Գյումրիում կամ Ախուրյանում և ընտանիքով տեղափոխվի իր ծննդավայր:
Գասպարը 2 օրով հյուրընկալվել է Գյումրիում բնակվող իր հորաքրոջ տանը: Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին, ժամը 13-ի սահմաններում Գասպարը «որոնողական աշխատանքներ» է կատարել ու հորաքրոջ տանը: Նա սանհանգույցի ինքնաշեն դարակում հայտնաբերել ու, ըստ մեղադրանքի, հափշտակել է «Գյումրվա» գործվածքով, 28 գրամ քաշով ոսկե ապարանջան: Այս «գտածոն» արթնացրել է Գասպարի որոնողական ձիրքը:
Նա հորաքրոջ տան հյուրասենյակի սպասքապահարանում գտնվող շաքարամանի մեջ հայտնաբերել է ոսկեղենի մի ամբողջ «գանձատուփ» ու հափշտակել է այնտեղ պահված ամբողջ ոսկեղենը՝ «Գյումրվա» գործվածքով ոսկե շղթա, «Նիկոլայ ցարի պատկերով» ոսկե նշանազարդ, ոսկե 20 մետաղադրամ, «Վերյովկա» գործվածքով ոսկե շղթա, «Ռոլեքս» տեսակի ոսկե մատանի, «Բախչալու» ձևի ոսկե մատանի, ադամանդե քարով, «Բախչալու» ձևի ոսկե օղեր ու մատանի, «Թոփուզ» տեսակի ոսկե ականջօղեր, «Սապֆիր» քարով, «Բախչալու» ձևի ոսկե ականջօղեր, ընդհանուրը՝ 5 միլիոն 820 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ:
Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ այս ամենը հափշտակելով՝ Գասպարը հյուրընկալ հորաքրոջը «մնաս բարով» է արել ու հեռացել է: Այնուամենայնիվ, գողության փաստը ի հայտ է եկել, Գասպար Դ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, քրեական գործի դատաքննությունը տեղի է ունեցել Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում: Գասպար Դ.-ի խափանման միջոցը եղել է ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին: Երբ դատաքննությունն ավարտվել է, սկսվել է դատական վիճաբանությունների փուլը, Գասպարը դատական նիստերին չի ներկայացել:
Մինչ դատարանը կորոշեր, թե ինչ սանկցիա կիրառի դատական նիստերին չներկայացող ամբաստանյալի նկատմամբ, 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 5-ին գրություն է ստացվել ԼՂՀ ԱՆ «Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնից» այն մասին, որ Գասպար Դ.-ն մի քանի օր առաջ՝ դեկտեմբերի 1-ին, այդ կենտրոն է ընդունվել ծանր վիճակում ու… Ստեփանակերտի հիվանդանոցում մահացել է ուղեղի կաթվածից…
Ամբաստանյալի մահվան կապակցությամբ մեղադրողը հանդես է եկել միջնորդությամբ, որ կարճվի քրեական գործի վարույթը և դադարեցվի Գասպար Դ.-ի քրեական հետապնդումը: Դատարանը բավարարել է դատախազի միջնորդությունը, ամբաստանյալ Գասպար Դ.-ի մահվան կապակցությամբ դադարեցրել է նրա քրեական հետապնդումը և կարճել է քրեական գործի վարույթը:
