Ինչպես կարգուկանոն հաստատել սեփական կյանքում

Շատերը կարծում են, որ կարգուկանոն հաստատելով՝ նրանք սահմանափակում են իրենց։ Իրականում այդպես չէ։ Պարզապես սրտի ուզածն անելու փոխարեն, պետք է շարժվել մտքի թելադրանքով։  Օրինակ՝ տանը հեռուստացույց դիտելու փոխարեն, պետք է գնալ մարզասրահ, առավոտյան շուտ արթնանալ, չուտել ոչ օգտակար սնունդ եւ այլն։ Հետեւաբար, պետք է կարգապահություն սահմանել եւ հետեւել դրան։ Իսկ ի՞նչը կարող է օգնել ձեզ այս հարցում։

1.Ինքնաճանաչում

Կարգապահ մարդիկ անում են այն, ինչ ճիշտ են համարում՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու իրենց զգացողությունները։ Հետեւաբար, սեփական կյանքում կարգուկանոն հաստատելու համար առաջին հերթին հարկավոր է ճանաչեք ձեզ։ Որոշեք, թե ինչպես եք դրսեւորելու ձեզ, ինչ արժեքներ պետք է կարեւորեք, ինչ քայլեր անեք եւ այլն։ Այս գործընթացն իրականացնելու համար պետք է ինքնավերլուծություն կատարել՝ այն էլ գրավոր։ Հարկավոր է գրել ձեր բոլոր նպատակները, երազանքներն ու սկզբունքները եւ հասկանաք, թե ինչպես կարող եք հասնել դրանց։

2. Գիտակցում

Կարգուկանոն հաստատելու գործընթացում էական նշանակություն ունի նաեւ կատարված քայլերը գիտակցելն ու ընդունելը։ Միայն խելամիտ մոտեցման դեպքում կարող եք արդյունքի հասնել եւ իրականացնել ձեր ցանկությունները։

3. Հետեւել կարգուկանոն

Նպատակների մասին միայն գրելը շատ քիչ է։ Դուք պետք է դրանք իրականացնելու  պարտավորվածության զգացում ունենաք։ Օրինակ՝ եթե ցանկանում եք առավոտյան վաղ արթնանալ, զարթութիչը զնգում է, իսկ դուք անջատում ու շարունակում եք քնել, ուրեմն չեք հետեւում կարգուկանոնին եւ սկսված գործը անավարտ եք թողնում։ Եթե որոշել եք կարգապահություն հաստատել ձր կյանքում, ուրեմն պետք է ոչ միայն կարգուկանոն սահմանել, այլեւ հետեւել դրան։

4. Համառություն

Պետք չէ միանգամից շատ դժվար եւ ձեզ համար գրեթե անկատար նպատակներ դնեք ձեր առջեւ։ Տրամադրությունը, ցանկությունն ու ձգտումը շատ կարեւոր դեր ունեն այս պարագայում, քանի որ դրանք կարող են եւ խթանել, եւ խոչընդոտել այս գործընթացին։ Հետեւաբար, առաջին հերթին հարկավոր է ճիշտ նպատակներ դնել սեփական անձի առջեւ, եւ երկրորդ՝ լինել համառ եւ պայքարել բոլոր դժվարությունների դեմ։

5. Ներքին տրամադրվածություն
