Ներկայումս գոյություն ունեն նիհարելու համար մեծ թվով բաղադրատոմսեր, որոնց մի մասը անգամ վտանգավոր է առողջության համար: Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում կիտրոնաջրով նիհարելու մի բաղադրատոմս, որի արդյունավետությունը ապացուցվել է 2008 թվականին իրականացված հետազոտության արդյունքում: Պարզվել է, որ կիտրոնի մեջ առկա պոլիֆենոլներն օգնում են ազատվել ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից: Ընդ որում, միայն կիտրոնի հյութից բաղկացած դիետա խորհուրդ չի տրվում կիրառել: Կիտրոնաջրի օգնությամբ հանարավոր է խուսափել նաև ջրազրկումից:

1-ին քայլ
Բաժակի մեջ տաք ջուր լցրեք ու դրա մեջ ավելացրեք 1 ճ/գ թարմ քամած կիտրոնահյութ։ Մի բաժակ խմեք առավոտյան՝ սոված ժամանակ, մյուսը` քնելուց առաջ։ Կիտրոնահյութը ունի միզամուղ ազդեցություն, որը արդյունավետ է ազդում երիկամների ու լյարդի աշխատանքի վրա:
2-րդ քայլ
Քաղցր գազավորված ըմպելիքները կամ բարձր կալորիականությամբ սուրճով կոկտեյլները փոխարինեք կիտրոնաջրով: Օրգանիզմում ջրային բալանսի պահպանումը շատ կարևոր է, իսկ այդ ըմպելիքների բաղադրության մեջ մտնող տարբեր տեսակի կոնսերվատները շատ վնասակար են օրգանիզմի համար:
3-րրդ քայլ
Վերցրեք մի շիշ, մեջը ջուր լցրեք, ավելացրեք վրան մի քանի կտոր կիտրոն ու թարմ անանուխ: Դրեք այն սառնարանում ամբողջ գիշեր:Առավոտյան քամեք այն ու օրվա ընթացքում խմեք ջուրը:
4-րդ քայլ
Ամեն անգամ ուտելուց 15-ից 20 րոպե առաջ խմեք մոտավորապես 240 մլ կիտրոնաջուր: Այն կօգնի ձեզ հագենալ ու կառավարել ախորժակը:

Կիտրոնաջուրը խորհուրդ չի տրվում պահել 24 ժամից ավել, քանի որ այն կարող է ծանրաբեռնել ձեր օրգանիզմը:
