Աղջկաս սպանողները դեռ պատասխանատվության չեն ենթարկվել. այսօր լրացավ 20-ամյա ծննդկանի մահվան մեկ տարին

Այսօր լրացավ «Հանրապետական» ծննդատանը 2016թ. հունվարի 2-ին մահացած ծննդկան Գրետա Տոնոյանի մահվան մեկ տարին: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Արմինե Տոնոյանը նշեց, որ մեկ տարի անց դեռ չեն բացահայտվել իր աղջկա մահվան մեղավորները: Տիկին Արմինեի խոսքով` քրեական գործով հարուցված նախաքննության ընթացքում մեկ տարի անց ոչ մի էական հանգամնք չի պարզվել միայն այն պատճառով, որ պատշաճ նախաքննություն չի ընթացել:
«Մեկ տարի է նախաքննություն է ընթանում, բայց մինչեւ հիմա ոչ ոք պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվել իմ աղջկան սպանելու համար: Ես շատ լավ գիտեմ, թե ովքեր են իմ աղջկան սպանել, բայց սպասում եմ նախաքննության պատասխաններին: Քննիչին ինչքան զանգում ենք անհասանելի է, կամ չի պատասխանում, սա է իրենց վերաբերմունքը, այն դեպքում, երբ առողջ երեխային տանում ես հիվանդանոց եւ նրան մահացած են վերադարձնում»,-ասաց նա:
Արմինե Տոնոյանը պնդում է, որ Գրետան թոքաբորբի դեմ անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքը չի ստացել, ինչպես պնդում է հիվանդանոցի տնօրինությունը աղջկա հիվանդության պատմագրում հետին թվով գրառումներ են արվել ու գրվել այնպիսի նշանակումներ, որոնք Գրետան իրականում չի ստացել:
Արմինե Տոնոյանը պնդում է, որ եթե բժիշկները ճիշտ բուժում անեին, Գրետայի կյանքը փրկել հնարավոր կլիներ: Գրետայի մոր խոսքով՝ հղիին ժամանակին ռենտգեն հետազոտության չեն ենթարկել եւ թոքաբորբ են հայտնաբերել այն ժամանակ, երբ բուժումներն այլեւս օգուտ չեն տվել:
Ծննդատան տնօրեն Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ ծննդատուն ընդունվելու առաջին օրվանից 20-ամյա Գրետան ենթարկվել է անհրաժեշտ հետազոտությունների ու ստացել անհրաժեշտ բուժումը: Նա մեզ ցույց էր տվել հիվանդության պատմագիրը, որտեղ նշված է, որ Գրետան ստացել է նատրիումի քլոր, վիտամին C, դիկլոֆենակ եւ ամենասպեցիֆիկ պրեպարատը` տամիֆլյու: Բժիշկը նշել էր, որ ինչ տեսակի թոքաբորբ էլ առաջանար հղիի մոտ` օջախային, թե խիստ, նա ընդունման ժամից ստացել է այն դեղորայքը, ինչ ստանում են տիպիկ թոքաբորբի ժամանակ:
Նշենք, որ Գրետան մահացել է կայծակնային սուր թոքաբորբից: Նա Արմավիրի մարզի Գայ գյուղից էր: Դեկտեմբերի 25-ին ընդունվել էր «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնի ծննդատուն, ունեցել էր ջերմություն: Մի քանի օր բուժում էր ստացել այնտեղ, վիճակը վատացել էր դեկտեմբերի 29-ին, նրան տեղափոխել էին վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք, ապա` «Արմենիա» ԲԿ-ի վերակենդանցման բաժանմունք, որտեղ դեկտեմբերի 31-ին կեսարյան հատում էին արել, դրանից երկու օր անց Գրետան մահացել էր: Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՔՕ 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ բժշկական օգնություն եւ սպասարկում իրականացնողների կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունները չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի մահ:
