Ադրբեջանում հայտնված «Ներազգային ազատագրական շարժման» «հերոս» Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը գող է, բանսարկու, ավազակ, անհասկանալի անձնական կյանք ու հոգեկան շեղումներ ունեցող անձ, որը 2005 թվականից հաշվառված է նյարդահոգեբուժական դիսպանսերում:
Այս մասին երեկ Հանրապետական կուսակցության Գործադիր մարմնի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց Հանրապետական կուսակցության մամուլի խոսնակ,ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը` պատասխանելով հարցին, թե Բաքվում Հայաստանի ու Հայոց բանակի դեմ չակերտավոր փաստեր ներկայացնող Վահան Մարտիրոսյանի հարցը քննարկվել է:
«Մնում էր «թախտաբիթիների» ու «տառականների» հարցերին անդրադառնայինք»,- ասաց ՀՀԿ խոսնակը:
ՀՀԿ խոսնակը մամուլից է տեղեկացել, որ այս մարդը խնդիրներ ունի, 2005 -ից նյարդահոգեբուժական դիսպանսերում հաշվառված է, և, առհասարակ, «խարդախության և բանսարկությունների մեծ հերոս է»: Գումարած ընտանեկան կարգավիճակը` 3 անգամ ամուսնացած ու բաժանված:
«Արաբկիր բաժնում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, այն ընտանիքը, որը նրան ապաստան էր տվել իր «փախած» լինելու օրերին, նա այդ կնոջից 4000 ԱՄՆ դոլար է գողացել»,- հավելեց ՀՀԿ խոսնակը:
Անդրադառնալով Վահան Մարտիրոսյանի` Բաքվում արված հայտարարություններին, Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն ասաց, որ նա պարզապես կրկնում է այն, ինչ տարիներ շարունակ ասում է Ադրբեջանի քարոզչական մեքենան, որն այսօր հայտնվել է ոչ բարենպաստ իրավիճակում, երբ եվրոպական, միջազգային կառույցները , Եվրախորհրդարանը մերժում, բոյկոտում են Ադրբեջան պետությանը:
«Ադրբեջանը հայտնվել է խաղից դուրս իրավիճակում, և բնականաբար, եթե իրենք ուրախանում են, որ անհայտ ռեպուտացիա ունեցող ինչ-որ մեկին տալիս են չակերտավոր փաստեր, և նա դրանք կարդում է, եթե դրանից Ալիևը մեծ հաճույք է ստանում, ինչ ասեմ` շնորհավորում եմ: Եթե ուրախանում են, ապրեն իրենք»,- ասաց ՀՀԿ խոսնակը:
