Ծաղիկները և բացիկները կարող են ասել «Ցավում եմ», սակայն դրանք չեն գործում այն դեպքում, երբ փորձում եք սիրելիից սրտանց ներողություն խնդրել: Երբ մենք իսկապես ներողություն ենք խնդրում ինչ-որ մեկից, դա այն պատճառով է, որ ներում ենք ուզում: Մենք ցանկանում ենք խուսափել սխալ արարքի պատասխանատվությունից կամ մեկին հասցված վիրավորանքից: Եվ Դուք չեք կարող միշտ ներում ստանալ, երբ պարզապես ծաղկեփունջ եք նվիրում՝ շնորհակալության բացիկով: Ներողություն խնդրելը ջանքեր է պահանջում, և Դուք պետք է ժամանակ ծախսեք իսկական ներողություն խնդրելու համար՝ հետևելով հետևյալ 8 քայլերին՝ Սիրելիիից ներողություն խնդրելու 8 հիմնական քայլերը 1 Պարզիր, թե իրականում ինչ է տեղի ունեցել: Մի՛ կռահիր, թե խնդիրը որն է, հարցրու ընկերոջդ, ընկերուհուդ, ամուսնուդ, կնոջդ, որ Ձեզ պարզորոշ կերպով ասի, թե ինչ եք ասել կամ արել, որ նրան վիրավորել եք:

2 Եթե տվյալ պահին Դուք եք մեղավոր, ապա պետք է Ձեր գործողությունների համար պատասխանատվություն կրեք: Մեղքն ուրիշի վրա գցելը չափահաս մարդուն բնորոշ չէ, և այն կարող է Ձեր հարաբերությունը վտանգի ենթարկել:

3 Պետք է նախապատրաստեք Ձեր ներողությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, թե ինչ եք ցանկանում ասել և թե ինչպես եք ցանկանում դա անել: Նաև պետք է ներողություն խնդրելիս հաշվի առնեք պահը և վայրը:

4 Ի սրտե ներողություն խնդրեք: Եթե անկեղծ չեք, ներողությունը անկասկած չի ընդունվի, և Դուք մեկ անգամ ևս ներողություն խնդրելուն կնախապատրաստվեք:

5 Երախտապարտ և շնորհակալ եղեք Ձեզ լսելու համար: Կախված այն բանից, թե ինչ եք արել, հասկանալը կարող է շատ դժվար լինել:

6 Մի՛ ենթադրեք, որ Ձեզ կներեն, փոխարենը ներողություն խնդրեք:

7 Հիշեք, որ պետք է համբերատար լինեք: Երբեմն ներելը կարող է ժամանակ պահանջել, և Ձեր զուգընկերը ժամանակի կարիք ունի՝ մտածելու, թե հետագայում ինչ կլինի:

8 Հետևեք Ձեր ասածին: Եթե ներողություն խնդրելիս համաձայնում եք անել ինչ-որ բան կամ այլևս չանել ինչ-որ բան, համոզված եղեք, որ կպահեք խոստումները: Մինչդեռ սրանք իմաստալից ներողություն խնդրելու հիմնական քայլերն են, պետք է նաև հաշվի առնեք ներողություն խնդրելու տարբեր աստիճանները: Մինչդեռ չափավոր ներողությունը կարող է ընդունելի լինել, եթե մոռացել եք զանգահարել, ապա անընդունելի կլինի, եթե անվստահելի արարք եք թույլ տվել, օրինակ, կարևոր երդում եք դրժել: Կախված պատճառված վիրավորանքի աստիճանից և իրավիճակից՝  կարող եք ներողություն խնդրելու 8 հիմնական քայլերին դիմել:
