Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Զարգացած երկրներում բարեգործությունը քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվողների համար արգելված է։ Օրինակ ԱՄՆ-ում, երբ որևէ մեծահարուստ ցանկանում է բարեգործություն անել իր կողմից հատկացվելիք գումարը փոխանցում է բարեգործական հիմնադրամներին և այդ հիմնադրամները, ի թիվս այլ մարդկանց փոխանցած գումարների, բաշխում է կոնկրետ ոլորտների վրա։ Պատկերացրեք անգամ գործարարները, որոնք քաղաքականության հետ կապ չունեն, ուղղակի բարեգործություն անելու հնարավորություն չեն ունենում։ Ուղղակի բարեգործությունը բացառելու սկզբունքն առավել քան ակնհայտ է. ուղղակի բարեգործությունը, անգամ գործարարների պարագայում, տարատեսակ ռիսկեր է առաջացնում՝ կապված հետագայում կոնկրետ բարերարի այս կամ այն շահերին, կոնկրետ բարեգործության շահառուներին ծառայեցնելու հետ։

Քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվողների պարագայում վերոգրյալ ռիսկերն առավել քան ակնհայտ են, բայց Հայաստանում, ինչպես մնացած ոլորտները, այս ոլորտը ևս աբսուրդի մակարդակի է հասնում։ Հայտնի «գործարար-քաղաքական գործիչը» ընտրություններից մի քանի ամիս առաջ մեկ էլ հիշում է, որ ինքը մեծ «բարերար» է և կարելի է օրինակ «օգնել» որևէ մարզի, քաղաքի, համայնքի բնակիչներին և իր անունից աղմուկ աղաղակով սկսում է «բարեգործություն» անել և, քանի որ մեր երկրում որևէ օրենսդրական կարգավորում գոյություն չունի այս ոլորտում առանց որևէ խոչընդոտի (շատ դեպքերում շեֆի կողմից արտոնված) սկսում է զբաղվել «օրինական ընտրակաշառք» բաժանելով: Անգամ, եթե տվյալ անձը (կարևոր չի որ մականունավորի մասին է խոսքը) մաքրամաքուր նպատակներ է հետապնդում այդ «բարեգործությամբ» միևնույն է նա ընտրությունների ընթացքում տվյալ մարդկանց կախման մեջ է գցում իր անձից և բարոյական պարտավորվածություն է ձևավորում տվյալ քաղաքացիների շրջանում: 

Այս խնդիրն ընդհանրապես աչքաթող է արված մեր երկրում: Անգամ, այսպես կոչված, ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների կողմից այս թեման չի արծարծվում, իսկ արծարծվելուց էլ արծարծվում է պոստ ֆակտում:

Հ.Գ. Ընդհանրապես «բարեգործության» այս տեսակը պետք է օրենքով արգելվի քաղաքական գործիչների պարագայում, իսկ գործարարների կամ քաղաքականությունից դուրս մեծահարուստների պարագայում պետք է արգելվի ուղղակի բարեգործությունը: Վերջիվերջո ապրում ենք 21-րդ դարում, ունենք, գոնե ֆորմալ առումով Պետություն, քաղաքացիներ և քաղաքացիների նվազագույն պահանջներն ապահովելուն ուղղված ինստիտուտներ: Ժողովրդին Առաջին Համաշխարհայինից հետո որբանոցում հայտնվածի նման վերաբերվելը արդեն պետք է բացառել: Իսկ արտոնված ընտրակաշառքի էս շքերթը պետք է հնարավորինս շուտ վերացնել, կամ, գոնե նվազագույնը, անելուց ՈՐԲԻ նման մի նկարեք ու շնորհակալություն ու երախտիքի խոսքեր կորզեք այդ մարդկանցից, ամոթն էլ է լավ բան:
