Անցած ոչ աշխատանքային օրերը չափազանց հագեցած էին միջազգային կարևոր անցուդարձով: Իտալիայի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեին զուգահեռ՝ Ավստրիան քվեարկության երկրորդ փուլով նախագահ էր ընտրում, և Բրյուսելը շունչը պահած հետևում էր պրոցեսներին՝ տագնապելով, թե ներկայի նախագահ, կանաչների 72–ամյա Ալեքսանդր վան դեր Բելլենի փոխարեն նախագահ կընտրվի եվրոսկեպտիկ, Ավստրիայի Թրամփը համարվող Հորբերթ Հոֆերնը՝ «Ազատություն» պոպուլիստական կուսակցությունից: Ճիշտ է, Գերմանիայի նմանությամբ, Ավստրիայի նախագահը նույնպես սահմանափակ լիազորություններ ունի, և նրա ընտրությամբ շատ բան չէր փոխվի երկրի հիմնական կուրսում, բայց Բրյուսելի և ողջ Եվրոպայի համար այն խորհրդանշական շատ մեծ իմաստ ուներ: ԱՄՆ–ից, Էստոնիայից, Բուլղարիայից հետո Բրյուսելն այլևս անկարող էր իր սրտում տեղ տալ իսթեբլիշմենթի ևս մի աութսայդերի, որը, եվրոսկեպտիկ լինելով հանդերձ, չափազանց Putin–Versteher էր, այսինքն՝ Պուտինին ընկալող և ծայրահեղ դեմ էր արտահայտվում միգրանտների նկատմամբ վարվող եվրոպական քաղաքականությանը: Ճիշտ է և այն, որ տարիներ առաջ ներկայի նախագահն էլ, այսպես ասած, բողոքական կերպարով էր ընկալվում և առանձնապես բրյուսելյան ինսայդերների կաստայից չէր, սակայն, նա գոնե ծայրահեղ բարդություններ չի առաջացրել եվրոպական միասնական քաղաքականության համար և չնայած կողմ է ավստրիա–ռուսական նորմալ հարաբերություններին, Հոֆերն չէ, որը միանշանակ էր հայհոյում էր ԵՄ–ին՝ ՌԴ–ի դեմ վարվող պատժամիջոցների, երկրների ազգային շահերը ոտնահարելու, անվտանգության ցածր մակարդակի և բազում այլ հարցերի համար:
 
 
Մյուս կողմից էլ՝ դեռ վաղ է հանգստանալ. խնդիրն այն է, որ իշխող կոալիցիայում պահպանողականների ու սոցիալիստների հարաբերությունները խիստ լարված են, և կոալիցիան դժվար թե դիմանա մինչև հերթական ընտրություններ: Բոլոր փորձագետների գնահատմամբ՝ խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունները կարող են արդեն եկող տարի իրողություն դառնալ, և թե որ կուսակցությունը մեծամասնություն կձևավորի՝ մտահոգության առարկա է:
 
Գալով արդեն միջինասիական Ղրղզստանի ընտրություններին, որ դարձյալ անցած կիրակի տեղի ունեցան, այստեղ, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, հաղթանակ տոնեց վարչակազմի ողջ ռեսուրսներն իր ձեռքում կենտրոնացրած, 2003–ից ցայսօր վարչապետական աթոռին բազմած, Շավկաթ Միրզիյեվը: Ղրղզստանի բռնապետ Իսլամ Քարիմովի մահվանից հետո, արդեն երեք ամիս, Միրզիյեվը երկրի փաստացի ղեկավարն է և, ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, այս ընթացքում հասցրել է նաև Քարիմովների երբեմնի մտերիմ ընտանիքի անդամներից բիզնեսի յուղոտ կտորներ փախցնել: Ավելին՝ կասկածվում է, թե հենց նա է կանգնած Քարիմովի դստեր՝ Գուլնարա Քարիմովայի հետ պատահածի ակունքներում, երբ նախ տեղեկատվություն տարածվեց, թե նա մահացել է, այնուհետ Քարիմովայի որդին փոխանցեց, որ ներկայի իշխանությունը նրան բանտում է պահում և թույլ չի տալիս հրապարակ գալ միայն այն պատճառով, որ ստիպված կլինի բազմաթիվ տհաճ հարցերի պատասխանել:
 
Այնպես, որ՝ Ղրղզստանում հետագա քաղաքական ցնցումներն, իհարկե, չեն բացառվում, բայց առայժմ փաստ է, որ ընտրություններին ուշի ուշով հետևող Կրեմլում կարող են հանգիստ լինել: Շավկաթ Միրզիյեվը, որոշ կոսմետիկ փոփոխություններին զուգահեռ, կշարունակի իր նախորդի քաղաքականությունը և բարեկամական հարաբերություններ կպահպանի Ռուսաստանի հետ, ինչպես և խոստացել է:
