 Առնվազն 11 մարդ Է զոհվել, եւս 70-ը՝ տուժել Պակիստանի Կարաչի քաղաքի հյուրանոցներից մեկում տեղի ունեցած հրդեհի հետեւանքով, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Dawn թերթին:

Հրատարակության տվյալներով՝ հրդեհի զոհ են դարձել նաեւ երեք օտարերկրացիներ, որոնց ազգային պատկանելությունը չի ճշտվում:  

Կարաչիի բուժհաստատություններ տեղափոխված 70 տուժածներից 30-ը գտնվում են օրհասական վիճակում:

Հրդեհը տեղի Է ունեցել վաղ առավոտյան «Ռիջենթ պլազա» հյուրանոցում: Այն սկսվել Է խոհանոցի հարկաբաժնում: Կրակն արագորեն տարածվել Է վեր եւ ընդգրկել հյուրանոցի բոլոր վեց հարկերը, ընդ որում արգելափակելով համարներում գտնվող կենվորներին: Օպերատիվորեն պատահարի վայր հասած հրշեջ երեք հաշվարկներին կրակը հաջողվել Է մարել միայն երեք ժամ անց, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
