Բացահայտվել է զորակոչից ազատելու խոստման դիմաց ծնողներից խոշոր գումար կորզելու հերթական դեպքը

ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությունը կաշառքով զորակոչից ազատելու խոստման դիմաց ծնողներից խոշոր գումար կորզելու հերթական դեպքն է բացահայտել: Դիլիջանում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը՝ ներկայացնելով ռազմական ոստիկանության տրամադրած հաղորդագրությունը:
ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները իրացնելիս, Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ Լ. Մ. Հ-ը (ծնված 10.08.1969թ., հասցե. ք.Երևան) 01.12.2016թ-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնում հաղորդում և բացատրություն է տվել այն մասին, որ 2016թ-ի փետրվար ամսին քաղաքացի Ն. Է. Ե. /ծնված 04.04.1974թ. հասցե. ք.Երևան/ միջնորդությամբ և երաշխավորությամբ 7000 /յոթ հազար/ ԱՄՆ դոլար, այնուհետև հետագայում ևս 250.000 /երկու հարյուր հիսուն հազար/ ՀՀ դրամ գումար է տվել ոմն Ե. Մ., որդուն՝ Տ. Լ. Հ. 2016թ-ի ամառային զորակոչին տարե կետում տրամադրելու նպատակով:
Սակայն Տ. Լ. Հ. 2016թ-ի հուլիսի 7-ին զորակոչվել է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության: Ե. Մ. վերը նշվածը չի կատարել, Լ.Մ.Հ. գումար չի վերադարձրել: Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնում նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր:
ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է զորակոչիկների և զինծառայողների ծնողներին զերծ մնալ խարդախներից, որոնք զինծառայությունից ազատելու պատրվակով ծնողներից խոշոր չափի գումարներ են կորզում: Վստահեցնում ենք, որ ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում նմանատիպ գործողությունները կկասեցվեն, իսկ կատարող անձինք կպատժվեն օրենքի ամբողջ խստությամբ:
