ԱՄՆ–ն ձրի չի կարող օգնել, Իրաքն էլ չի ուզում վճարե՞լ

Իրաքի վարչապետ Հայդեր ալ–Աբադին հայտարարել է, թե ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահից առավել մեծ նյութատեխնիկական օգնություն է ակնկալում՝ Իսլամական պետության դեմ Իրաքում պայքարելու նպատակով: Ավելին՝ նա հայտարարել է, Թրամփն անձամբ է խոստացել առավել գործուն օժանդակություն ցուցաբերել այդ հարցում:
 
Միաժամանակ Իրաքի վարչապետը Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ հնարավոր լուրջ տարաձայնության խնդիր է մեջտեղ բերել և բացահայտել, թե ի տարբերություն Օբամայի՝ Թրամփը կարծես թե հակված չէ այդ երկրին անվճար օգնություն տրամադրել և մտադիր է դրա փոխարեն նավթ արտահանել Իրաքից:
 
Ի միջի այլոց, այդ մասին Դոնալդ Թրամփը դեռ քարոզարշավի օրերին էր բաց տեքստով նշել ու, հավանաբար, նաև դա էր պատճառը, որ իրաքյան իշխանությունները նախ շատ լարված հետևեցին պրոցեսին, ապա նաև խուսափեցին գնահատել ընտրությունների արդյունքները՝ իրենց տեսանկյունից:
 
Ամեն դեպքում Հայդեր ալ–Աբադին փորձել է մինչև Թրամփի՝ Սպիտակ տուն մտնելը հստակություն մտցնել հարցում և հայտարարել է, թե իրենք չեն պատրաստվում որևէ օգնության դիմաց նավթով վճարել այն պարզ պատճառով, որ նավթը Իրաքի ժողովրդի, ոչ թե իշխանության սեփականությունն է: Միաժամանակ՝ վարչապետը սիրաշահել է նոր վարչակազմին, նշելով, թե դրա գլխին կանգնած մարդը պրագմատիկ անձնավորություն է և շատ լավ գիտակցում է, որ իրաքցիների հետ համագործակցությունը երկու երկրների շահերից է բխում: Այնպես որ, առաջիկա գործընթացների վերաբերյալ, ըստ Իրաքի վարչապետի, անհրաժեշտ է ոչ թե խոսքերով, այլ գործերով դատել:
 
Սրան զուգահեռ՝ միջազգային մեդիան փոխանցում է, թե Իրաքի իշխանություններին հաջողվել է ԱՄՆ զինուժի հետ միասին մոտ 900 գրոհային ոչնչացնել Մոսուլի օպերացիայի ժամանակ, և հեռու չէ այն ժամանակը, երբ հոկտեմբերի կեսերից սկսված գրոհը հաջողությամբ կպսակվի՝ վերջնականապես ազատագրելով Իսլամական պետության համար ռազմավարական կարևորություն ունեցող քաղաքը:
 
Ճիշտ է՝ ռազմական փորձագետները տարակուսում են, թե ինչպես է պատահել, որ ԴԱԻՇ–ի դեմ կռվող և նրանց քանակապես 20 անգամ գերազանցող կոալիցիոն ուժերն (այդ թվում՝ միայն 5000 ամերիկյան զինվորականություն, 54000–անոց իրաքյան բանակ, 40000–ից ավելի հաշվվող քրդական Պեշմերգա, 14000 կամավորներ և այլն) այս ամբողջ ընթացքում չեն կարողացել ընդամենը 5000–ից 7000 գրոհայիններով լցված Մոսուլի խնդիրը շատ արագ լուծել, բայց դա առանձին և բացառապես փորձագիտական քննության արժանի դիտարկում է:
 
Առայժմ հստակ է, որ Իսլամական պետության ողնաշարն իսկապես ջախջախված է, և եթե գրոհը շարունակվի՝ ԴԱԻՇ–ի վերջնական տապալումն այլևս կայացած փաստ կարելի է համարել: Միջազգային մամուլում գնալով թափ են հավաքում այն սյուժեները, ըստ որոնց՝ իսլամիստների մի մասը գաղտնի սափրում է մորուքը, փոխում հագուստը և քաղաքացիական անձանց հետ խառնված՝ փախչում է Մոսուլից:
