10 մթերք, որոնք կրճատում են մարդու կյանքի տևողությունը

Առողջության հետ կապված խնդիրների առաջացման ամենագլխավոր պատճառը հանդիսանում է սննդակարգում վնասակար մթերքների օգտագործումը, որոնք բացասական ազդեցություն են թողնում օրգանիզմի վրա: Ներկայումս, այսպես կոչված «նոր մթերքները», դարձել են ավելի կալորիական ու ավելի քիչ օգտակար:
Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում մթերքներ, որոնք կրճատում են մարդու կյանքը.
1. Ֆրի և կարտոֆիլի չիպսեր
Դա ճարպերի ու ածխաջրերի վտանգավոր խառնուրդ է, որը նաև համեմված է կոնսերվանտներով ու գունանյութերով, որոնք նախատեսված են այդ մթերքին համ ու գույն տալու համար:
2. Գազավորված ըմպելիքներ
Քաղցր գազավորված ընպելիքներում գրեթե չկան բնական բաղադրիչներ: Նրանք հիմնականում բաղկացած են մեծ քանակությամբ շաքարից, գունանյութերից և համի ու հոտի ուժեղացուցիչներից: Գազավորված ըմպելիքները օրգանիզմի վրա կործանանար ազդեցություն են թողնում հատկապես շոգ եղանակին և բացարձակ չեն հագեցնում ծարավը:
3. Սնեկեր ու շոկոլադե բատոններ
Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս կոկոսի կաթով մշակված գոտնանուշի փոխարեն (բատոններ)օգտագործել չմշակված ու հնդկական ընկույզ: Այդ բատոնները պարունակում են ոչ միայն մեծ քանակությամբ կալորիաներ, այլ նաև մեծ քանակությամբ գունանյութեր, բուրումնավետիչներ ու շաքար:
4. Ապխտած մթերքներ
Բոլորն էլ սիրում են երշիկեղեն: Իսկ նրբերշիկն արդեն փոխարինում է սննդի լիարժեք ընդունումը: Այդ մթերքները պարունակում են շատ «թաքնված» ճարպեր, իսկ նրանց բաղադրության մեջ առկա է 80% գենետիկորեն ձևափոխված սոյա:
5. Մայոնեզ
Այն պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ գենետիկորեն ձևափոխված օրգանիզմներ, գունանյութեր ու ամեն տեսակի հավելումներ: Բացի այդ, նրանք պարունակում են մեծ քանակությամբ կալորիաներ: Մայոնեզի մատուցմաբ ցանկացած տեսակի սնունդ համեղ է թվում, սակայն այդ ամենի հետ զուգահեռ այն դառնում է վնասակար:
6. Չինական արիշտա
Արագ պատրաստվող չինական լապշանները ոչ մի կապ չունեն ասիական երկրներում բնական հումքից պատրաստվող իսկական լապշայի հետ, քանի որ իրենց բաղադրության մեջ քիմիական նյութերի պարունակությամբ նրանք զբաղեցնում են 1-ին տեղը և բացի այդ նրանք քայքայում են օրգանիզմի փոխանակման պրոցեսները:
7. Աղ
Աղը հանդիսանում է օրգանիզմի համար շատ վնասակար նյութ: Այն նպաստում է օրգանիզմում ոչ միայն ջրի, այլ նաև տոքսինների կուտակմանը: Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս աղը մասամբ փոխարինել բնական համեմունքներով ու խոտաբույսերով:
8. Ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ
Նման խմիչքները աչքի են ընկնում բարձր կալորիականությամամբ, արգելակում են օրգանիզմում փոխանակման պրոցեսները, խանգարում են սննդի միջոցով օրգանիզմ ներթափանցող վիտամինների ու հանքանյութերի նորմալ յուրացումը:
9. Թխված մթերքներ
Թխված մթերքները աչքի են ընկնում իրենց կալորիականությամբ, բացի այդ նրանք օգտակար չէն, չնայած որ համեղ են: Նման մթերքները օրգանիզմին ոչ մի օգտակար բան չեն տալիս:
10. Քաղցրավենիքներ
Մարմելադները, տարբեր տեսակի կոնֆետներն ու սառնաշաքարները շատ վնասակար են ատամների համար: Այդ պատճառով, եթե առաջացել է որևէ քաղցր բան ուտելու ցանկություն, ապա կարող եք համտեսել մեղր կամ դառը շոկոլադ:
