«Երևանտրանսին» կազատեն 26 միլիոն դրամ շահութաբաժնի վճարումից

«Երևանտրանս» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը կազատվի 2015 թ. տնտեսական գործունեության արդյունքներով զուտ շահույթից հաշվարկված և Երևանի բյուջե վճարման ենթակա շահութաբաժնի վճարումից՝ 26 միլիոն 875 հազար դրամի չափով: Այս մասին որոշում է կայացրել Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը: Եվ նոյեմբերի 29–ին գումարվող Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու հերթական նիստին կներկայացվի այս մասին որոշման նախագիծը:
Որոշման մեջ մասնավորապես գրված է, որ ղեկավարվելով «Երևանտրանս» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության ֆինանսական առողջացման նպատակով՝ Երևանի ավագանին որոշում է «Երևանտրանս» փակ բաժնե տիրական ընկերությանը մասնակի ազատել 2015 թ. տնտեսական գործունեության արդյունքներով զուտ շահույթից հաշվարկված և Երևանի բյուջե վճարման ենթակա շահութաբաժնի վճարումից՝ 26 միլիոն 875 հազար դրամի չափով:
«Երևանտրանս» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը 2015 թ. տարեկան գործունեության արդյունքներով առաջացած 87 միլիոն 189 հազար դրամի զուտ շահույթից 2016 թ. Երևանի բյուջե պետք է վճարեր 34 միլիոն 875 հազար դրամի շահութաբաժին, սակայն վճարել էր ընդամենը 8 միլիոն դրամ և պարտքն այս տարվա հունվարի 1–ի դրությամբ կազմում է 26 միլիոն 875 հազար դրամ:
Ընկերության 2015 թ. ցուցանիշներով, շահույթը կազմել է 115 միլիոն 700 հազար դրամ՝ նախահաշվով նախատեսված 85 միլի ոն 400 հազար դրամի դիմաց: Շահույթի գերակատարումը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ համաձայն «Երևանտրանս» և «Երևանի ավտոբուս» ՓԲԸ–ների միջև կնքված պայմանագրի՝ երթուղիների սպասարկման ծառայության վճարները ժամկետում չկատարելու դեպքում հաշվարկվել են տույժեր, որն էլ հաշվեգրման սկզբունքին համաձայն ձևակերպվել է որպես եկամուտ և առաջացրել լրացուցիչ շահույթ: Շահույթի գերակատարման պայմաններում ընկերությունն ունի ազատ դրամական միջոցների խիստ անբավարարություն: Դեբիտորական պարտքերի մեծ մասի գծով ընթանում են դատական գործընթացներ կամ ընդգրկված են դատարանի վճիռներով լուծարման գործընթացում (սնանկ ճանաչելու հիմքով) գտնվող կազմակերպությունների պարտատերերի ցուցակներում:
Եվ ներկայում դրամական միջոցների անբավարարության հետևանքով «Երևանտրանս» ընկերությունը հնարավորություն չունի վճարել շահութաբաժնի գումարը: Այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ քաղաքապետը առաջարկել է ընկերության ֆինանսատնտեսական ցուցանիշները կարգավորելու համար, ընկերությանը ազատել 2015 թ. տնտեսական գործունեության արդյունքներով զուտ շահույթից հաշվարկված և Երևանի բյուջե վճարման ենթակա շահութաբաժնի վճարումից։
