Թաթուլ Բաղդասարյան. «Պատրաստ եմ 100 հազար դոլարը տալ մեր բանակին»

Այսօր «Հայացք» մամուլի ակումբի հյուր, գեներալ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանից տուժած գործարար, Մարտունի քաղաքի «Պանրագործական ընկերություն» ԲԲԸ–ի տնօրեն Թաթուլ Բաղդասարյանը այս խոսքերով սկսեց մամուլի ասուլիսը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում իր կրած վնասների հատուցման դեպքում այդ գումարը կփոխանցի բանակին: Բաղդասարյանը դիմել էր քննչական կոմիտե` Գեղարքունիքի մարզի կադաստրի աշխատակիցների կողմից կատարված կեղծիքը բացահայտելու նպատակով:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Գեղարքունիքի կադաստրի պետ Վրույր Վարդանյանը կեղծել է կադաստրում գտնվող իր ընկերության սեփականության վկայականի օրինակը, սակայն մինչ օրս ո՛չ դատավո րը, ո՛չ դատախազը չեն կարողանում հայտնաբերել, թե ովքեր են կեղծարարները:
«Իմ ընկերությունը ունի 6 հա տարածք, 2005 թ. այն մասնավորեցվել է և կադաստրում կեղծվել է՝ հողամասի բաժնում նշելով ընդամենը 2,3 հա տարածք: Ես քանիցս ասել եմ, որ բերեք այս ձեռագրերի տեր մարդկանց, չեն բերում: Իսկ նա, ով լրացրել է վկայականը, հիմա աշխատում է Գեղարքունիքի կադաստրում՝ Ֆեդիա Գևորգյանի մասին է խոսքը: Առերեսում չեն կազմակերպում, կոծկում են գործը»,– նշում է նա:
8,5 ամիս տևած քննությունից հետո գործը կարճվել է և Բաղդասարյանը դիմել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազություն՝ քննիչի որոշումը վերացնելու համար: Դատախազը նույնպես կարճել է գործը: Այնուհետև նա դիմել է Մարտունու Առաջին ատյանի դատարան, սակայն այստեղ էլ դատարանն իր բողոքը մերժել է՝ անփոփոխ թողնելով քննիչների կայացրած որոշումը: Այժմ Թաթուլ Բաղդասարյանը դիմել է Վերաքննիչ դատարան:
Վերջինս ցանկություն ունի հանդիպել վարչապետի և ԱԺ պատգամավորների հետ այս կեղծիքը բացահայտելու նպատակով: Ասում է, որ դիմել էր վարչապետի օգնական Նարեկ Ադոնցին՝ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպում կազմակերպելու խնդրանքով, սակայն անարդյունք: Թաթուլ Բաղդասարյանը նշում է, որ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանը իր տարածքը վաճառել է այլ մարդկանց, ովքեր, ինչպես ինքն է իմացել, վարչապետի մերձավորներն են:
«Ինչ–ինչ հանգամանքներով էդ տարածքը գայթակղում է գեներալին և ներկայի սեփականատերերին: Բայց մինչ օրս գազալցակայանը շահագործվում է ապօրինի կարգով, որևէ թույլտվություն չունեն»,– հավելեց նա:
