Հայաստանում կիրականացվեն էներգետիկ համակարգի արդիականացման և վերակառուցման լայնածավալ աշխատանքներ

Հաջորդ տարի կիրականացվեն լայնածավալ միջոցառումներ Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգի արդիականացման և վերակառուցման ուղղությամբ։ ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Հայկ Հարությունյանի խոսքով, օտարերկրյա պետությունների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից տրամադրվող վարկային ու դրամաշնորհային միջոցների, ինչպես նաև պետական բյուջեի հաշվին կշարունակվեն Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի աջակցությամբ իրականացվող՝ շուրջ 50 կմ երկարությամբ «Լալվար» և «Նոյեմբերյան» 110 կՎ օդային գծերի, 220 կՎ «Հաղթանակ», «Աշնակ», «Երևանի ՋԷԿ»-ի և 110 կՎ՝ «Չարենցավան-3», «Վանաձոր-1» ենթակայանների վերակառուցման, էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգի պահուստային կարգավարական կառավարման կենտրոնի կառուցման աշխատանքները։ «Ագարակ-2» և «Շինուհայր» 220 կՎ ենթակայանների շինարարությունը կշարունակվի Ասիական զարգացման բանկի աջակցությամբ։ Կմեկնարկեն կարգավարման կառավարման ավտոմատացված համակարգի (SCADA) ընդլայնման երկրորդ փուլի աշխատանքները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Գերմանիայի զարգացման վարկերի բանկի (KfW), Եվրոպական Ներդրումային Բանկի և Եվրամիության Հանձնաժողովի՝ Հարևանության Ներդրումային Գործիքի (“NIF”) աջակցությամբ իրականացվող «Կովկասյան էլեկտրահաղորդման ցանց (Հայաստան-Վրաստան հաղորդիչ գիծ/ենթակայաններ)» ծրագիրը կմտնի գործնական փուլ։ Միաժամանակ կշարունակվեն Իրանի Արտահանման զարգացման բանկի կողմից տրամադրված վարկային միջոցների հաշվին՝ Իրան-Հայաստան 400 կՎ լարման նոր էլեկտրահաղորդման օդային գծի կառուցման աշխատանքները: Բարձրավոլտ այս գծերի թողարկումը կդառնա հյուսիս-հարավ էլե կտրաէներգետիկական միջանցքի ձևավորման հիմքը։
ՌԴ կառավարության աջակցությամբ հաջորդ տարի կշարունակվեն Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման նախագծային ժամկետի երկարացման միջոցառումները։ Դրան զուգահեռ, սեփական և դոնոր երկրների հատկացումների հաշվին աշխատանքներ կիրականացվեն գործող էներգաբլոկի անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացման ուղղությամբ։
