Մեդիա դաշտում ինքնասպանությունների թեման ճիշտ լուսաբանման, պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցման կարիք կա

Հայկական լրատվական դաշտում պակասում է ինքնասպանությունների թեման ճիշտ լուսաբանելու պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի հոգեբանական աջակցու թյան բաժնի հրահանգիչ, Փրկարար ծառայության ավագ լեյտենանտ Աիդա Թառոյանը:
«Այսօր լրատվական դաշտում լրատվամիջոցների կողմից ինքնասպանությունների ոչ ճիշտ լուսաբանումը կարող է ազդել այն մարդկանց վրա, ովքեր հոգեկան առողջության հետ կապված խնդիր ունեն: Հատկապես անընդունելի է, երբ հրապարակման մեջ ներկայացվում են ինքնասպանության մանրամասները: Ասենք, թե ինչ ձևով է քաղաքացին ինքնասպանություն գործել: Ի դեպ, պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել նաև հրապարակումն ուղեկցող նկարներին»,-ասաց Աիդա Թառոյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, նման հրապարակումները պետք է ունենան դրական շեշտադրումներ, խոսվեն այն ճանապարհների մասին, որոնցով կարելի է հաղթահարել հոգեբանական խնդիրները:
«Պետք է մարդկանց տեղ հասցնել այն գաղափարը, որ օգնության դիմելը ոչ թե թուլության նշան է, այլ փոփոխություններին ընդառաջ գնալու դրական քայլ: Պետք է բացատրել, որ դժվարությունները առաջ են բերում ունակություններ` դրանք հաղթահարելու համար: Այդ տեսանկյունից 911 ծառայությունը մարդկանց կողքին կանգնելու միջոց է»,-ավելացրեց Աիդա Թառոյանը:
Անդրադառնալով հոգեբանին դիմելու խնդրին` մասնագետը նշեց, որ այդ մշակույթը մեր հասարակության շրջանում քիչ-քիչ ձևավորվում է: Նրա խոսքով, այդ մասնագետին դիմելու բարդույթն արդեն հաղթահարվում է: Մարդիկ սկսում են ավելի շատ վստահել մասնագետներին:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ինքնասպանությունների վիճակագրական տվյալներին, ապա ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տեղեկություններով` հանրապետությունում ինքնասպանությունների թիվն ավելացել է: Աիդա Թառոյանը նկատեց, որ այդ միտումն աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներում է նկատվում:
Հայաստանում 2014 թվականին գրանցվել է ինքնասպանության 155 դեպք, 2015` 195, 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 17-ի տվյալով` 170 դեպք: Նույն միտումը նկատվում է ինքնասպանության փորձերի դեպքում: Ըստ վերլուծության` հիմնականում ինքնասպանության դիմում են տղամարդիկ, քան կանայք: Մասնագետի խոսքով, դա կարող է պայմանավորված լինել կանանց էմոցիոնալ լինելու հանգամանքով: Վերջիններս ավելի հաճախ են արտահայտում իրենց էմոցիաները:
Ինչ վերաբերում է պատճառներին, ապա մասնագետը նշեց, որ ազդեցության գործոնները տարբեր են: «Միանշանակ ասել, որ ֆինանսականը կամ սոցիալական կոնկրետ պատճառ են, սխալ է: Այս գործոնները կարող են ազդեցություն ունենալ, բայց ոչ հիմնական պատճառ, որովհետև բազմաթիվ սոցիալական ծանր վիճակում գտնվողներ կան, ովքեր ինքնասպանության չեն գնում: Ներքին խնդիրներ կարող են լինել»,-հավելեց Աիդա Թառոյանը:
