Աշխարհում շատ մարդիկ արթնանալուց անմիջապես հետո սուրճ են ըմպում: Այո՛, դուք իրավացի եք, սուրճն անհավանական օգտակար է մեր առողջությանը, սակայն քաղցած ստամոքսին այն ըմպելն ուղղակի հանցագործություն է սեփական օրգանիզմի հանդեպ՝ հատկապես առավոտյան:

Նախ՝ քաղցած ստամոքսին վաղ առավոտյան խմած սուրճը բարձրացնում է մարսողական համակարգի թթվայնությունը: Դա նշանակում է, որ եթե դուք տառապում եք ստամոքսի խոցով, ապա դուք արդեն զգացել եք դա: Այս պարագայում առաջ են գալիս մարսողական մի շարք խնդիրներ, քանի որ առաջ են գալիս սպիտակուցների յուրացման հետ խնդիրներ: Եվ երբ սպիտակուցները չեն ներծծվում, կարող են ի հայտ գալ մարսողական այլ խնդիրներ, ինչպիսիք են՝ ստամոքսի փքվածությունը, աղիների բորբոքումը, գրգռվածությունը և անգամ աղիների քաղցկեղը:

Հենց դրա համար էլ բժիշկները զգուշացնում են, որ չի կարելի առավոտյան, դատարկ ստամոքսին սուրճ ըմպել: Գլխավոր պատճառն այն է, որ սուրճը բարձրացնում է կորտիզոլի մակարդակը և օրգանիզմին անհրաժեշտ է շատ ժամանակ այն բալանսի բերելու համար: Կորտիզոլը հորմոն է, որը կարգավորում է մեր կենսաբանական ժամերը և օգնում է մեզ արթնանալ, սթափվել:

Ինչպես տեսնում եք, արթնանալուց հետո միանգամից սուրճ ըմպելը շատ վատ ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ ձեր առողջության վրա: Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ սուրճ ըմպելուց առաջ դուք պարտադիր պետք է նախաճաշեք: Սակայն, եթե նախաճաշել չեք կարող, դուք անպայման պետք է կաթ կամ կարագ ավելացնեք սուրճի մեջ, ինչն էլ կօգնի նվազեցնել սուրճի բացասական ազդեցությունը ձեր դատարկ ստամոքսի ու մարսողական համակարգի վրա:
