Լազանիան իտալական խոհանոցի ուտեստ է, որը բավականին համեղ ու հագեցնող է: Լազանիա պատրաստելու համար ձեզ շերտեր են անհրաժեշտ, որոնք կարող եք գտնել ցանկացած մթերային խանութում: Դրանք սովորաբար մակարոնեղենի բաժնում են լինում: Եթե վերջում պատրաստի լազանիա ունենաք, կարող եք այս սառեցնել և հետո օգտագործել: Նշված մթերքից կստացվի 10-12 բաժին:

Մսի ֆարշ- 1կգ
Լոլիկ- 500գր
Սոխ- 200գր
Գազար- 150գր
Սխտոր- 3-4 հատ
Կաթ- 1լ
Կարագ- 100գր
Ալյուր- 100գր
Կոշտ պանիր- 100գր
Պարմեզան պանիր- 50գր

Սխտորը մանրացնել
Գազարը միջին քերիչով քերել
Լոլիկը կեղևազրկել և բլենդերով հարել
Սոխն ու սխտորը ձիթապտղյի յուղով տապակել
Ավելացնել գազարը
Ավելացնել մսի ֆարշն, աղն ու բիբարը, տապակել 20-25 րոպե
Ավելացնել լոլիկն ու ևս 5 րոպե եփել
Պատրաստում ենք «Բեշամել» սոուս. Կարագը հալեցնել
Երբ կարագը հալվի՝ ավելացնել ալյուրն ու մի փոքր տապակել
Այնուհետև դանդաղ ավելացնել կաթը, խառնել ու եռացնել: Սուսը պետք է ջրիկ թթվասերի տեսք ունենա: Կարևոր է, որ գնդիկներ չառաջանան: Սոուսի մեջ աղ ավելացնել և մի փոքր սխտորի փոշի:

Տարայի մեջ դնել շերտերը. ուշադիր կարդացեք տուփի վրա գրված պատրաստման ձևը: Որոշ շերտեր՝ օգտագործելուց առաջ պետք է եփել, չնայած կարող եք նաև չեփել, քանի որ դրանք կփափկեն սոուսի շնորհիվ
Ավելացնել մսային սոուսի կեսը
Ավելացնել Բեշամելի 1/3-ը
Ավելացնել քերած պանիրը
Կրկին շերտեր դնել
Ավելացնել մնացած մսային սոուսը
Ավելացնել Բեշամել սոուսը

Դնել վերջին շերտերը
Բեշամել սոուս ավելացնել, 180 աստիճան տաքացած վառարանում տապակել 40-45 րոպե
