Ավելի հեշտ է ժպտալ, քան հակառակը: Դուք փաստացի ավելի քիչ մկաններ եք օգտագործում ժպտալիս, քան երբ խոժոռվում եք կամ դեմքի բարկացած արտահայտություն եք ընդունում: Եթե դուք սկսեք ժպտալ, ձեր ժպիտի մկաններն ավելի ուժեղ են կդառնան, քան կնճիռներինը: Եվ ավելի հեշտ կլինի ժպտալ, քան հակառակը:
