Ստացված խմորի կենտրոնը ազատել ու լցնել ձվի խառնուրդը
Խմոր հունցել
Ստացված խմորը բաժանել 11-12 մասերի
Դնել սառնարանն ու պահել 1 ժամ
Բոլոր գնդիկները հարթեցնել ու բացել
Ընտրել անհրաժեշտ չափն ու կտրել
Խմորը պատառաքաղով ծակծկել, 7-10 րոպե թխել 180 աստիճանով տաքացած վառարանում: Չթափել ավելացած խմորը
Կրեմի համար եռացնել կաթը
Դեղնուցները խառնել շաքարավազի ու վանիլինի հետ
Ավելացնել ալյուրն ու խառնել
Ավելացնել տաք կաթն ու խառնել
Ստացված խառնուդը ցածր կրակին դնել ու խառնելով եփել
Սառած կորժը դնել տարայի մեջ
Քսել կրեմը
Դնել հաջորդ կորժն ու կրկին կրեմ քսել: Այս եղանակով հավաքել ամբողջ տորթն ու ամբողջովին կրեմապատել
Խմորի ավելցուկները մանրացնել ու լցնել տորթի վրա
Տորթը սառնարանում պահել 6-8 ժամ: Բարի ախորժակ
