Հիշեք այն ամենը, ինչ արել եք եւ ինչով հպարտանում եք: Ոչ այն, ինչ նկատել են ուրիշները, ոչ այն, ինչի համար գովասանքի եք արժանացել: Հիշեք այն, ինչը ձեզ բավարարել է եւ ուրախացրել: Այդ ամենը գրառեք նոթատետրում. դա ձեր ներքին ինքնավստահության ստեղծման հիմք կդառնա:
2. Որոշումներ կայացրեք
Հաճախ մենք թերագնահատում ենք որոշումների ուժը, դա վախեցնում է մարդկանց: Չէ՞ որ որոշումը կարող է նշանակել կորուստ, զոհեր, քանի որ ընտրում եք մի բան եւ կարող եք դրա համար մեկ այլ բան զոհել: Հաճախ մենք որոշումներ չենք կայացնում, քանի որ չենք վստահում մեզ: Բայց եթե դուք որոշում չկայացնեք, ոչինչ էլ չի փոխվի: Սկսեք փոքր բաներից եւ կհասնեք մեծ եւ լուրջ որոշումների՝ սեփական սխալների վրա սովորելով ճիշտ որոշումներ կայացնել եւ պատասխան տալ դրանց համար:
3. Մի ձգտեք կատարյալին
Պերֆեկցիոնիզմը մարդկանց ստիպում է վախի մեջ ապրել, որ կյանքը երբեք բավականաչափ լավը չի լինի: Այդ իրավիճակում վստահություն չի առաջանում: Դրանք միմյանց հակասող հասկացություններ են:
4. Գործեք
Վստահությունը փորձի հետ է գալիս, գործողությունների միջոցով: Ամենավստահ մարդիկ նրանք են, ովքեր պատրաստ են հիմար, ապուշ թվալ, միայն թե հասնեն իրենց ուղածին: Նրանց նորից ու նորից են փորձում, ընկնում եւ բարձրանում, շտկվում եւ շարունակում սովորել ու աճել կյանքի փորձի միջով:
5. Ձեւացրեք
Երբեմն հարկավոր է վստահ ձեւանալ: Զուգագուլպա եւ բարձրակրունկ կոշիկ հագիր ու ռեստորան գնա, նստիր բարի մոտ, զրուցիր բարմենի կամ կողքիդ կանգնած տղամարդու հետ: Փորձարկիր վստահ եւ սեքսուալ կնոջ դերը: Դա չի նշանակում դավաճանել ինքդ քեզ, այլ պարզապես այլ կերպարում լինելու փորձ է: Քանի որ ներքուստ ձեր մեջ կա այդ վստահ սեքսուալ կինը, եւ դուք պարզապես պետք է փորձեք այդ կերպարը՝ ձեզ համար մշտական դարձնելուց առաջ:
