Անհրաժեշտ է`
1 լիտր կաթ
200 գրամ դառը կամ կաթնային շոկոլադ
2.5 թեյի գդալ օսլա
Բաղադրիչների վերոնշյալ քանակից ստացվում է 4-5 բաժին: Օսլան լուծել մի բաժակ կաթի մեջ: Մնացած կաթը լցնել կաթսայի մեջ, դնել միջին կրակի վրա, ավելացնել շոկոլադ: Տաքացնել այնքան, մինչև շոկոլադը լուծվի: Ավելացնել օսլայով կաթը, լավ խառնել, տաքացնել այնքան, մինչև զանգվածը պնդանա: Հանել կրակի վրայից, մատուցել տաք վիճակում:
2. Տաք շոկոլադ մեքսիկական ձևով
Անհրաժեշտ է`
50 գրամ էքստրա-դառը շոկոլադ
500 մլ կաթ
200 մլ ջուր
3 ձողիկ դարչին
¼ թեյի գդալ կայնեյան պղպեղ (ըստ ցանկության)
Շոկոլադը կտրատել փոքր կտորներով: Կաթն ու ջուրը լցնել կաթսայի մեջ և դնել միջին կրակի վրա: Ավելացնել մի ձողիկ դարչին ու ¾ շոկոլադ: Խառնել դարչինի ձողիկով, որպեսզի ամեն ինչ լավ խառնվի և կաթը ստանա դարչինի բույր: Ըստ ցանկության կարելի է ավելացնել կայնեյան բիբար: Մարմանդ կրակի վրա հասցնել եռման: Դարչինի ձողիկը կիսել: Ամեն բաժակի մեջ դնել մեկական մասնիկ: Ստացված զանգվածը հարել, լցնել բաժակների մեջ և մատուցել:
3. Տաք շոկոլադ թթվասերով
Անհրաժեշտ է`
50 գրամ կակաո
100 գրամ շաքարավազ
5 ճաշի գդալ թթվասեր
բուսական յուղ
վանիլին, դարչին
Խառնել կակաոն ու շաքարավազը: Փոքր կաթսայի մեջ եռման հասցնել թթվասերը, խառնելով ավելացնել կակաոն շաքարավազի հետ: Խառնելով հասցնել միատարր զանգվածի: Ցանկության դեպքում կարող եք ավելացնել բուսական յուղ, սակայն մինչև կակաոյի և շաքարավազի ավելացնելը: Կարելի է նույնպես ավելացնել դարչին և վանիլին:
4. Տաք շոկոլադ ռոմով
Անհրաժեշտ է`
1 լիտր կաթ
0.5 բաժակ սերուցք
2 ճաշի գդալ ռոմ
250 գրամ դառը շոկոլադ
Կաթսայի մեջ խառնել կաթը, սերուցքն ու ռոմը: Դնել կրակի վրա, հասցնել եռման: Միանգամից հանել կրակից և ավելացնել շոկոլադի կտորները, որպեսզի այն հալչի տաք կաթի մեջ: Խառնել, մինչև միատարր զանգված ստացվի: Մատուցել տաքացրած բաժակների մեջ:
5. Տաք կրեմային շոկոլադ
Անհրաժեշտ է`
1/3 բաժակ կակաո
¾ բաժակ շաքարավազ
մի պտղունց աղ
1/3 բաժակ եռման ջուր
700 մլ կաթ
½ բաժակ սերուցք
1 տուփ վանիլին
Կաթսայի մեջ լցնել կակաոն, շաքարավազը, աղն ու խառնել: Ավելացնել եռման ջուրն ու կրկին խառնելով հասցնել զանգվածը եռման: Եփել 2 րոպե՝ հետևելով, որ զանգվածը չայրվի: Ավելացնել կաթն ու տաքացնել` չհասցնելով եռման: Հանել կրակից, ավելացնել վանիլին: Լցնել 4 բաժակի մեջ և ավելացնել սերուցք: Մատուցելուց առաջ մի փոքր սառեցնել:
