Ղազախստանը մերժեց Փաշինյանի սադրանքը

Ղազախական կողմը ներկայումս բանակցություններ չի վարում հայկական երկաթուղիների ռուսական կոնցեսիայի ձեռքբերման շուրջ, հայտնել են երկրի տրանսպորտի նախարարությունից։ Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել էր, որ Մոսկվան չի բանակցում Երևանի և Աստանայի հետ երկաթուղիների կոնցեսիոն կառավարումը Ղազախստանին փոխանցելու շուրջ։ Մոսկվայում Փաշինյան-Պուտին հանդիպումից հետո ռուսական կողմը, փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի բերանով, հայտարարել էր, որ կոնցեսիայի վաճառքի հարց ընդհանրապես չի քննարկում, և Մոսկվան չի գնա նման քայլի։
Արդեն անցած շաբաթ կառավարության նիստից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե այդ լծակը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ունի, բայց չեն պլանավորում և չեն ուզում գնալ նման ճանապարհով՝ խզելու երկաթուղու կոնցեսիոն կառավարման պայմանագիրը։ Նրա խոսքով, քանի դեռ ռուսական կողմի հետ քննարկումները շարունակվում են, համաձայնության կամ անհամաձայնության մասին խոսելու պատեհություն չի տեսնում։ «Մեր դիրքորոշումները, տեսակետները ներկայացրել ենք, լսել ենք ռուսաստանցի գործընկերների տեսակետները և պայմանավորվել ենք քննարկումները շարունակել։ Մեր խնդիրը ձևակերպված է ընդամենը մեկ նախադասության մեջ՝ ՀՀ-ն այս պայմաններում կորցնում է մրցակցային իր պոտենցիալ առավելությունները։ Մենք Ռուսաստանի հետ կապված ոչ միայն որևէ խնդիր չունենք, այլև, ընդհակառակը, մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում մեր բարեկամական հարաբերությունները և որևէ կերպ չենք ուզում վնաս հասցնել ՌԴ շահերին»,– ընդգծել էր Փաշինյանը։
Նա չէր հերքել, որ կոնցեսիան կարող է վաճառվել Ղազախստանին։ Աստանան, ըստ էության, մերժում է Փաշինյանին, նույնիսկ եթե ենթադրենք, որ բանակցություններ եղել են։ Կամ ղազախները չեն ցանկացել մտնել նման պատասխանատվության տակ, կամ էլ ըմբռնել են, որ երկաթուղին իրենց միայն գլխացավանք է բերելու։
