Team and the French University in Armenia Help 120 Students Gain Real-World Experience
ОБЩЕСТВОFebruary 12, 2026. Yerevan. Team Group of Companies, highlighting the importance of educational programs and the development of the next generation of professionals, has provided around 120 students with the opportunity to gain practical work experience across its various companies, in collaboration with the French University in Armenia.
Marketing faculty students spent several months working alongside the professional teams of Team Telecom Armenia, Team Solutions and Buy.am, gaining practical knowledge and skills within the marketing departments of these companies. During the closing event of the project, attended by Salva Nakuzzi, Rector of the French University in Armenia, students received certificates from Team.
This is yet another successful collaboration between Team and the French University in Armenia. The initiative aims to help students apply their academic knowledge in a real work environment, gain experience, and smoothly transition into the job market in the future.
“Over the past years, around 50 former and current students of the French University in Armenia have already joined Team Companies Group either as employees or interns, and we are happy to see this journey continue. As one of the major employers in Armenia, we also see it as our social responsibility to support such initiatives, strengthen the cooperation between business and education, and create an effective environment for the next generation of professionals—giving them the chance to grow and gain real experience. We are glad to inspire young people and to see their fresh ideas come to life in our daily work,” said Anna Hovsepyan, HR Director of Team Group of Companies.
“The collaboration with Team Telecom Armenia within the framework of this project went through numerous complex yet essential stages, the most important of which was aligning the assignments given to students with the content of the academic curricula and, at the final stage of the project, ensuring a clear connection between the expected outcomes and the learning outcomes of the courses. Project-based learning (PBL) has been implemented at the Faculty of Marketing of the French University in Armenia for nearly 15 years; however, this project was distinctive and unique, as it simultaneously involved three professional courses. This approach enabled students to grasp the full logic of the marketing process, to see how the different components of a company’s real-world marketing tasks are interconnected, and to understand how the results obtained at each stage sequentially influence one another. The involvement of Team Telecom Armenia in the educational process made it possible to develop students’ practical skills and professional mindset, fully aligned with current market demands,” notes Naira Hayrapetyan, Dean of the Faculty of Marketing at the French University in Armenia. As a result of this collaboration, student Lilya Baghdasaryan has joined Team Systems as a Social Media Specialist.
“For me, the most valuable part of this experience was that we were analyzing real situations and offering solutions to actual challenges—not theoretical ones. It allowed us to apply the knowledge we gained at university and understand how we would respond to different work scenarios where practical solutions are needed. The trust and support from experienced professionals were also very important and made our work throughout these months much more effective,” said Lilya Baghdasaryan.
Team will continue supporting education and human capital development, contributing to the formation of a new generation ready for real workplace challenges and helping young people integrate into the labor market.
