RoboTon 2025 Competition Held with Idram’s Sponsorship
ВИДЕОRoboTon 2025 was a true celebration filled with robots, technologies, interactive entertainment, and of course, a financial literacy component. Through another collaboration between Idram and Mind Center, this event became a highly anticipated occasion for schoolchildren interested in the field. It offered a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences, as well as to meet and interact with peers.
The event featured robot testing, demonstrations, and a panel discussion with parents on the importance of future-oriented education for children.
Mane Gasparyan, Senior Specialist for CSR Projects at Idram, stated:
“We are very happy to be a partner of RoboTon 2025. This is yet another collaboration with the Mind Center, and we are confident that Armenia’s future will be shaped by innovation, technological thinking, and education. It is also important that the event included a financial literacy component. Therefore, we can affirm that we are in an environment where children not only learn to program, design, or operate robots, but also understand how the real-world functions—including its financial aspects.”
Ani Khachatryan, founder and director of Mind Center and organizer of RoboTon 2025, noted: “We organized RoboTon so that many children and parents could get acquainted with robotics and have the opportunity to try themselves in this field, to love it, and to become interested in science and technology. It is very important when businesses support educational projects, and this is highly appreciated. We have been collaborating with Idram for a long time, both in financial literacy programs and within the RoboTon initiative.”
Robotics, financial literacy, and contactless payments—this impressive day full of surprises was made even more enjoyable and effective by Junior, children’s trusted companion in the financial world. He not only introduced the key rules of financial literacy but also helped his young friends make their very first contactless payment by paying just one dram for a complete financial literacy course delivered by Idram and IDBank within the “Financially Literate with Idram and IDBank” campaign.
At the end of the event, the names of the winners were announced, and they received valuable prizes from Idram.
