Financial Education Program for Artsakh Schoolchildren Summarizes Results: IDBank
ВИДЕОThis time, IDBank hosted the participants of the financial education course of the “Side by Side” program. A total of 100 schoolchildren displaced from Artsakh took part in the program. The course was developed and implemented by the specialists of the “Oogway Superhero School” through games, discussions, and creative tasks, both in person and in an online format.
During the program, schoolchildren studied and mastered the basics of financial literacy: what a budget is, how to create it, why saving is important, how to distinguish consumer desires from real needs, the role of banks, and why financial literacy is essential in everyday life.
In her remarks about the importance of the program, Diana Badeyan, founder of the Oogway Superhero School, emphasized that the students completed this extensive course with great interest and enthusiasm. She noted that the day’s meeting further strengthened many students’ decision to pursue a career in the financial sector in the future.
Tatevik Vardevanyan, Head of the Communication and Social Responsibility Programs Division of IDBank, highlighted in her speech that IDBank will continue this series of financial education courses for various target groups, as the promotion of financial education is one of the key priorities defined in IDBank’s social responsibility policy.
Throughout the memorable meeting, the schoolchildren were accompanied by their most reliable friend in the financial world, Idram Junior, which made the event—filled with banking and financial topics—much livelier and more engaging.
